Brought my truck in for repairs for gas leaking into the engine on a Monday, and I was told to leave it there and they would call me when it was repaired. So that was fine with me . I got a ride home with family. Next day they called me and said the truck needed a new or used top manifold. New 2500.00 plus tax. So they said they said a they could get me one for 500.00 plus labor and tax installed came to 1488 and change. No guarenttes. So on Friday I called and they had just finished the repairs. I went to pick it up and when I started my truck up the engine light was flashing like crasy and I coildnt even get it of their lot .It was bucking and spitting like never before. I managed to slowly drive it to the back of the garage to turn around. Then the engine light went off thank god for that. The service guy who repaired it put a can of seafoam in my tank and told me to drive the truck on the highway and so I did. to clean up the injecters and water in the gas . That was great and the truck is now working fine. So I lifted the hood couple days when the rain stopped and a plug dropped down from the firewall and landed on top of the engineso I don't know where that came from and I also noticed a piece of the firewall was broken where what looked like another plug was holding the firewall sheild tight to my truck. I am sure as hell not happy about that. I wouldn't recommed you taking any vechile to that garage unless you decides you want to check everything out yourself before you leave their parking lot.

Work was well done, shared pictures of the problem. Overall, it was quick, priced well, and transparent. Would recommend, will be bringing all my vehicles there for now on.

Very Poor Customer Service. On the Bill it says Discount of $65 with No Explanation. I had to Call to Find that the $65 was a Diagnostic Fee. Not Clear on the Invoice. It also took a Hour to Attach a Heat Shield. A Total RIP OFF. I think they took advantage of the Repair Cost because it was for my Daughter (female). She will never go back there again.

Brought our car in for an inspection. They called mid-way through the day to let us know the car would need significant work to pass inspection, likely thousands and thousands of dollars. I’m really glad they reached out, we agreed to pause on the rest of the inspection so we could decide what we were going to do, because we were looking at paying more than double what we bought the car for. We asked for an itemized list of what they had found so far that would need replacing, and a quote so we had an idea of what the starting point would be. When I picked it up I got a few sentences on my receipt listing the issues, but no quote or details on what it would take to get it all repaired. It cost me $80, and I think that’s fair for the preliminary inspection that we got, but I’m disappointed I didn’t get a proper quote. The staff was very friendly and kind, absolutely nothing but the best working there. I understand that it might be a hassle to make up a proper quote, but they protect both parties. I’d pay an additional fee for it, if that was the issue. Like most people, I don’t have a bottomless pool of money I can drop at any moment, so I need to know how much things cost beforehand so I can make sure I have the money to pay for those services.
I’d have no problem going back for more routine work, but I’ll have to go somewhere else to get major repairs done solely because they didn’t give me a proper quote.

Have had nothing but great experiences at this shop, always very accommodating and is sure to call with anything that comes up extra that has to be done. Very efficient as well with times lines for waiting, very accurate with telling you the time it’s going to take.

I truly want to say with words that there are not enough, Amy Gibbons ( and her team) are the most caring people I have seen in a Long Time. I was broke down on the road in the cold for over an hour and a half when this woman and her employer came to my rescue !! They truly went beyond and above to help me in a way that no one else tried !

Always good service, they don’t tack on unecessary repairs like a lot of other shops just to get extra money out of the client. They give you options and alternatives, and the staff actually seem to take pride in their work.
