Excellent work on my 2016 Honda CRV. Two other garages suggested I replace my wheel bearings (lot of money) to get rid of the front end noise. French's has the equipment and ran a proper diagnostic test which revealed a much less expensive part that worked perfectly. Great work and nice people too. Thanks to all.

Called in this morning as the person that was to put on my winter tires cancelled at the last minute. Spoke with them and they too had a few cancelation and was able to fit me in right away. I knew my lower ball joint needed replacement I was just waiting on the tool to fix it myself, but since it was on the hoist and the wife needed to travel out of town , made sense to replace it then and there. Fast , honest and reliable service is what I was delivered on this wet Newfoundland morning. Job well done.

I appreciated the time taken to explain the diagnostics on my car and the honesty when I asked about some additional work I was told I needed done by another garage… Justin took the time to explain why I DIDN’T need it. Being able to trust people is so hard these days. The time taken to explain things certainly enabled me to trust what I was being told. My car is fixed, I feel I had an honest, fair business transaction which means I will be a repeat customer! Highly recommend!

I just went there and brought my car for certain car work. I had multiple times works done from this car/auto shop and they never disappointed me at all. Customer service was beyond above. Very informative, the staff were friendly and handy and prices were reasonable. I was satisfied every time after the car work was done. Will go back for sure here in the future and I 100% thumbs up to the people behind this shop. Definitely will recommend this shop. It will never fail you. Again thank you for servicing my car...

Went here about a year ago (and forgot to leave a review lol) but fantastic customer service, prices, and honest communication. Had trouble with my 2022 Civic and they came back and said I had to replace my back brakes and then asked if I had warranty with honda where there were a couple parts of the car that shouldn't have been a problem at only a year old. They ended up saving me a lot of money and I truly appreciated it! Their prices for the brakes were great, too. Would definitely recommend.

My daughters car had transmission problems , I couldn't get any one else to even look at or do anything for at least a week. I'm from Ontario and really needed to help my daughter get her car fixed ASAP!!! I saw French's ,went in and within minutes the car was on the hoist. Justin showed me exactly what the problem was and all the staff were extremely helpful. I took the car in to them on Tuesday mid morning, It was a BIG job, but they had the vehicle repaired and back on the road by Friday afternoon. Justin and his staff went above and beyond to help in a difficult stressful situation . Thanks so much :)

Justin and his team are amazing, honest, and professional. I went in frustrated because I was not sure what was actually happening with my car and his team worked to fix the issues with my car. Fast forward months later, I received still another outstanding service. And each time I have gone to them, they continue to provide the same service they did the first time I walked into Justin's shop. I have recommended Justin to others and will continue to stand behind the service his team provides. From the welcome you recieve when checking in your vehicle till you return to pick your vehicle up, there is not a better team of professionals. Today's visit will stand out in my heart forever.
