Truck went in this morning at 8am ,supposed to be 1-1/2hrs . It’s 1:50 in the afternoon now & they are telling me it will be ready at 3. Not good enough, don’t book so many appointments that you can’t handle

I am not a brand-loyal buyer but have seemingly had Fords for a long time now. I recvently bought a used Hybrid and neede winter tires so I was looking online for a cheap option. I called Avalon Ford for a baseline estimate of cost and withing minutes I had a quote that was only marginally higher than my online options. I ordered them and put the car in, got the shuttle to work, and then they picked me up at noon when it was ready.I really could not ask for much better speed and service. Also, the tires were Firestones and not a cheaper product that I would have had online. Tires, rims, TPMS all mounted, balanced, and installed for only about 150 more than it was for just the tires and rims and sensors. I also didn't need to drag them around and get it all done separatly.I've had good experiences with Avalon Ford and a few other dealerships around. They are as good, if not better, than what exists here now. I trust them with my car.

Booked my Fusion for a recall notice on the 16th of January. Dropped it off and told it would be ready by end of day. No call backs so called left message to get update. Finally with ten minutes before they closed I went in to find out they didn’t get car finished and they had to order a part to get the work completed. Due to storm part would not be here till 18th. Well here I am on the 23rd still waiting for a call to get the recall completed. I would say this is not a good customer experience. Thanks for the non service .Finally on February 6th the work has been completed. The part they were waiting on wasn’t even used. All in all customer service was great and so was the shuttle service. Just wish they could have nailed down the time it would take to do the recall job.

I wish I can give 0 star, Ford is great but the service is awfulwe bought a block heater for our car and apparently we moved in lab city, unfortunately the canadian tire wasn't able to intall the block heater in our car and install a oil pan heater instead which is fine. before we leave ford avalon during january 18 2024 we asked the lady sitting on the service area wearing a headset near the couch area if we can return the block heater and the wire if it doesn't and she said we can return it on ford nearby our place in labrador , until I called today to verify I can return these block heater and they say we can't which is not disclosed can we bought it..awful service

i swear i have no words.excellent customer service BUT their mechanics can barely read/write and made a mess with brake fix job.a COMPLETE mess.i had to go elsewhere for a FIX. not only did they totally miss what was actually WRONG they said it was something else and it wasn't. They wanted to keep my car for electrical fault check because of the flashing icons on the dashboard LMAOthey don't know what they're doingbravo Avalon Ford. bravoclowns

My Ranger showed up without some of the requested parts, despite me being charged for them. I was told they would be ordered and installed in a month, however again they never showed up. Trying to get refunded for parts I didn't receive (and were likely never ordered in either case) was an absolute nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Since then my passenger door handle has literally fallen out. Avalon Ford literally just shoved the handle back in its hole and I was told a permanent part would arrive in a couple of days. Another month later and still no call. The handle has since fallen out again and it is unsafe to drive my over-priced vehicle on the highway. There is barely 20k kms on my truck, and the amount of inconvenience and stress that has been caused by dealing with Avalon Ford is absolutely horrific.

I had to setup a key fob and have a recall issue sorted out.the appointments personnel i dealt with was a complete professional.The service dept. was prompt and the jobs VERY well done.I've no problem giving these guys 5starsUpdate: 5 stars AGAIN. thanks to Dennis Adams & Service manager Chris Badcock for exceptional customer service. MY FUEL LINES ARE SPEC once again

If you move here from out of province with a Ford, good luck getting your vehicle serviced. To quote their service department they now "have a rule from management that they won't service vehicles not purchased from this dealership". Imagine the uproar if dealers in AB discriminated against trucks purchased here! This would have been good information to know when making an appointment, providing the VIN, and directly stating that you just moved here. Instead, you get to find this out after waiting over a month for the first available appointment date, after dropping it off.

I bring my work truck here for oil change often. The staff refuse to contact me to tell me it’s ready. Truck sat there for weeks one time.

I took my fusion there for a recall early in the morning. They took it right away and offered me a ride, but since they said it will be around 1.5 hours, I stayed there. My car was ready right on time. Fast service and friendly staff.
