Everytime I enter the store I am greeted by all of the friendly staff, I have never had a negative experience with any of them. The baked goods since the new ownership is phenomenal, be sure to stop here if travelling the burin peninsula for some goodies. The best bread on the boot! ??

I have NEVER entered B & B Convenience without talking to the employees and having a good laugh many’s a time. I always enter the store with a cheery attitude and I believe some customers may not realize that perhaps the employees are having a difficult day. My Mother and Father always said you get what you give.

I would like to complain about a worker and her name is olive she had a very rude attitude and she doesn’t have any respect towards them uses obscene language while there are customers in the store including 8 year old kids! I don’t think this is how an employee should treat there customers respect goes along way!

Everyone there a very sweet and very thoughtful people all except one and this one takes away from the whole store! Her rudeness and bad attitude does not belong there she has a problem controlling her frustrations and takes it out on the people that keeps the store open like the customers. Just today she got frustrated with the debit machine and I understand and it’s okay to get frustrated but you keep it to yourself you don’t raise you voice or use bad language expecally when there are costumers waiting to be served and among those costumers there are dear little children that don’t need to hear this stuff let alone see it but it don’t stop her she lost her cool started yelling at ppl and the best part is it’s not the first time I am tired of my child coming home crying because the lady at the store was mean to him now I realize that my child is only 8 and I know that they sometimes exaggerate but when your 19-year-old child comes home stating the exact same thing it’s not a coincidence it’s a fact, then this lady really needs to get her customer service skills in check and leave her problems at home personal or home there’s no place for them at the workplace. She’s old enough to know better and she should be smart enough to know better, but not the case here that’s my comment

The staff have always been very kind to me. The prices here are fair and sometimes high. The store is kept very clean. The parking is a bit of a mess. No lined parking spots, no handicap accessible parking. The entrance is wheelchair accessible though as there is a ramp at the entrance. The parking spaces have potholes close or in them.
