I was in the market for a new minivan and was referred to Hickman Honda. I was so impressed by the service I received from beginning to end! Pete Diamond was my salesperson and he was prompt in communications and kept me updated every step of the way while I waited for my Odyssey to arrive. When it arrived, I ordered winter tires and accessories and Pete offered to install and balance my snow tires and had the winter mats in place, ready on delivery. Chantelle Thompson (Finance) was so helpful in helping me decide which financing was best for me based on what our needs might be going forward as a family. She was very easy to talk to to put me completely at ease with her friendly personality and knowledgeable advice. Chantelle was helpful guiding us in selecting the best term and able to lock in the lowest financing rate also. I would absolutely return to these professionals to buy another vehicle. They totally removed any stress I had while juggling multiple kids and a busy family schedule to facilitate this purchase. Thank you, Pete, Chantelle and Hickman Honda for a very positive buying experience! It’s obvious you really care a lot about helping your customers find the right fit for their family. Highly recommended this dealership to anyone who is looking to be treated well in finding their next vehicle.

We ran into some car trouble on our way to the NFLD ferry passing Grand Falls on a Sunday, and were able to drive it to Hickman Honda. We left it there overnight and first thing Monday morning they brought it in and found out what was wrong. We needed a new part that they didn't have in stock, so they called all the other parts places in the area to find it. We were back on the road to to catch our rescheduled crossing by 1pm.I can say with confidence that they went above and beyond to help us reach our destination on time.
