Quality of product is excellent, however, customer service is bad. Ordered a sign, paid for it immediately after quote. A month later called to check on when I could pick up sign, was told they were awaiting payment! Had to go into my electronic banking to prove I paid. Then it still took 3 days for a proof to be sent and a further almost week for production. Needed the sign for the day before it was ready. Poor, poor customer service. Never even offered a discount for my inconvenience and sign that I had a deadline for which they fumbled. Will never return. They are other places in the area who will get my business in the future.
