Worst customer service I’ve ever received was from this place. Went in to buy a vehicle and the sales person was too lazy to even get out of his seat, or office at that to help point me in the right direction. Apparently what I asked for wasn’t worth his time, although he didn’t realize I had money to spend on spot. I had full intent on purchasing a vehicle, even if it was more than what I initially asked if he had anything in stock around $20,000. I understand the prices are higher than that, that was just an initial price idea. He snubbed me off and made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of his time or business. I drove over to the Ford dealership and ended up purchasing an SUV which was in way better condition than Jerry’s overpriced rusty trash buckets of a vehicle selection. Ford welcomed me in with open arms and went above and beyond with customer service. Boycott Jerry’s unless you want to deal with a complete rude unprofessional lazy POS.

Got a vehicle from here and added extended warranty but jerrys delayed the warranty for 15 months. Now I have trouble with my vehicle and can’t use the extended warranty because they for some reason delayed it. It’s not in effect. They claim it’s because the vehicle has extended warranty from the previous owner still active. Which isn’t true. That gets cancelled once the vehicle is sold by original owner. Now I’m stuck in limbo and got no warrant for another year. Also was told the vehicle still has manufacture warranty on it. Which it doesn’t because it’s beyond the number of years and KM from the day we got it. Shameful service. Would not recommend
