“As a city girl, this is the smallest airport I've been to. People are super nice and after a lot of delays, you're probably better off coming to the airport to get better service than waiting on hold with customer service for 2 hours which is why I went to the airport much earlier than needed to make sure the customer service agents didn't make anymore mistakes with my booking. There is currently an exhibit in the international lounge which is awesome. There is also a lot of seating available here to chill with one restaurant presecurity. Since it's such a small airport you don't need to do security until they announce it's time for your flight. The wifi doesn't reach all ends of the airport, and is especially slow after security. They also have physical signs for the flights as compared to screens in other airports.”

“Cute little gift shop with a great variety of items for sale, many (most) of which are local, handmade, or represent the uniqueness of Newfoundland, which was great to see. I collect magnets, and there wasn’t a ton of options where those were concerned, but lots of other lovely things! Staff was welcoming.”
