Just wanted to send in a review for our ring!
On July 19th in my fiancés hometown of Musgrave Harbour, he popped the question after sunset on the beach. It was such a special moment, him jokingly saying he could not find a ring for me that he liked and hauled out a homemade blue beach glass ring to ask if I would marry him.
The story behind the blue beach glass is every trip home to Newfoundland, I spend endless hours looking for as much beach glass as I can to take back to Fort McMurray. Blue is rare and this trip I was having the hardest time finding pieces on my adventures. Thankfully when purchasing my ring, one of the sales reps chuckled and told my fiancé that she had blue beach glass in the back room that she had found. Together they made the plan to make their own blue beach glass ring for him to surprise me with actually having the ring of my dreams in his pocket!
This proposal was so special, and I was overjoyed to be home to share the news in person with family and friends. Thank you Bogarts in Gander and the lady who helped make my engagement so meaningful ? I cannot thank you enough!

I went there to pick out a 25 th wedding anniversary gift ! The ladies made my experience very pleasant and helped me pick out the perfect ring that suited my personal style and mostly budget. I didn’t feel less worthy because my ring wasn’t the most expensive they had in the store . I left the store feeling wonderful wearing a beautiful ring celebrating such a wonderful milestone in our lives. ❤️

The young girl, Kayla was nothing short of an angel. She was so patient with all my questions and and suggested styles I wouldn't have even thought about just by listening to what I liked. She was phenomenal. Excellent shopping experience.
