Had engine trouble outside of deerlake limped my truck to shop explained my situation as I was out of town otw to labraodr for holidays. They took my keys and said they will get it in when they can that was on the 26 of July it is now August 8th 13 days ago still haven't been able to get the truck in to even diagnose the issuse. And when I called ahead of time they were able to get it in on the Friday the 28 and now it's still never got In and no idea of when they will be able to look at it. Is this normal ??

Pulled in from out of province with a minor but very irritating issue and they fixed it so we were on our way in about 30 minutes. Fantastic helpful staff! They also didn't soak us for the price, about $35.00 for the mechanic's time! Again very helpful and friendly!

Had my truck cleaned & all the seams were still dirty, vents weren't cleaned!! Shampooed the seats but didnt come very clean besides that all the easy spots are very clean! Not what I was expecting!

I give your Stephenville lot 1 star and I wish there was zero stars cause I would have gave him that...apparently the only one that knows about trucks is your salesman in stephenville and no one else and that every truck out there is garbage except for what you have on your lot...dont waste your time with that place and get your salesman to learn how to talk to customers

I had my car cleaned inside and out by Woodwards. What an amazing job! It looks cleaner than when I bought it! This was not easy given that I have two young, messy, hockey players as passengers! Thanks Woodwards for your incredible service and care.
