We had an issue with our car on the Trans-Canada Hwy trying to make the ferry that night.We called around and they fit us in straight away. When we got there, they were expecting us. They got the car in, let us have a look underneath, and fixed the problem for a fair price.Very accommodating, and true NL hospitality. Thanks for helping us out!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

We received excellent service from Deer Lake Automotive. They called with an estimate and gave us 2 options within an hour of dropping off the car. Our repairs were finished the same afternoon. They were very friendly and even drove my husband home and picked him back up to get the car. Highly recommend.

Honest work from great people.They are usually fast, the rates are good. I'm a regular when I can afford to get work done. I am really picky when it comes to who works on my vehicles, and this is one of the few places I trust.Great customer service. Answers the phone often.The technicians themselves are very skilled and very well mannered.10/10 tell your friends.

Fantastic service every visit.I have no other way to describe the service I receive here every time I bring my car in. The reception area is tidy, the women behind the counter friendly and more than happy to answer questions.The mechanics themselves are happy to explain the problem and even show the issue and resolution where applicable.Prices are fair and they have great communication (return calls, call when work is done etc).I do not use any other garage.

Ted has worked on different cars owned by me for the last 20 yrs he always finds the problem, always gets me the best price and shipping for parts and fixes everything in a timely manner. Never a issue or a problem with any repair or diagnosis he has ever did for me, best of all his prices are fair and he gets me in asap so I am not left long without a car. My Jeep had a serious Automatic Transmission Fluid leak on the TCH.They put me in touch with a wrecker service on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON!I got the Jeep in and they fixed a simple ATF cooler return hose.I Never told them this but I am a mechanic by trade learning through the provincial program and DND.I told them what was wrong but nothing about my related background.They fixed my Jeep getting me back on the road at 5: 15 PM Friday saving my hunting trip.They had an obvious opportunity to gouge me but did not.They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.Unrelated: I graduated DVS Placentia 1981 at the top of my class.1988 DND in Canadian Forces Base Borden, I graduated Trade Qualification 2 at the top of that class, I tought TQ! Auto mechanics courses with the forces. Worked at Royal Garage (Dodge dealership) Hickman Motors (Chev) Canadian Tire, Airport Heights Irving etc.It is with all honesty I can say this garage is very professional and I was pleased they did the work on my jeep.Service: General repairs & maintenance
