Western Toyota is always an amazing place with excellent staff and service. This was my second time back this year and the first service for my rav4 prime. They completed the service quite fast and when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, staff gave me a parting gift of a travel cup holder trash can which is quite nice and although a bit gimmicky, can be quite useful for just daily use driving around for whenever I have small bits of garbage

I recently brought my car to Toyota for a persistent sound coming from the dashboard ,try to fix many times and always pissed off with sound is make me crazy while driving and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I think his name is Paul, the mechanic who worked on my car, did an excellent job in quickly identifying and fixing the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what caused it . I am grateful for Paul's professionalism and expertise in resolving the issue. Thank you Toyota team and Paul for providing exceptional service! I Highly recommend them for any car maintenance.(appointment date September 11)

Hi, my wife and I are from out of province and needed to get the first service done on our new 2024 Corolla Cross. We contacted the dealer and the service manager said that if we could leave the car at the dealership the next morning they would try and do it with no guarantee. They got it done before noon and we are so grateful for that! The car runs and drives absolutely GREAT.

Went in with a friend and walked out,no Salesman contact for over 10 minutes,when he came out eventually,he kept saying Toyota sells itself,now hold on ,Toyota's vehicles have declined in reliability,they are not the Toyota of the 90s,the finance rate was high also.Watch some YouTube on Toyota's reliability and look at the New tundra issues.Just nuts.I always had Toyota's but they are slipping in quality people,attitude like that when you go in the Door,needless to say We took our business to Hyundai.....

Nobody will answer the phone. Not even sales. Reception, sales, service... 10+ attempts, nobody answered. On one attempt, someone from service department picked up the phone (I could hear ambient noises and voices) then immediately hung up after I had been waiting ~5mins on hold.
Finally someone answered after 10+ attempts, they didn't have the oil filter. That doesn't bother me, the fact that it took 30mins to find out does...
Sad... I guess I'll have to be buying parts from Amazon or eBay.
Edit - received reply from 'owner'. If the part number never showed up in your system, I doubt you can order it... Read the review again, the reason it was 2 stars is because of my experience trying to get a hold of someone. Putting a potential customer on hold (automatically), just to hang up is why you are getting a bad review. I'll be calling back later in the year to look for parts on another vehicle, so if someone answers the phone, then I'll change the review. The availability of the parts has nothing to do with the review.

Very professional. They were the best of the 3 dealers I went to by far. By a long shot. Ontop of giving me every chance to understand what I was getting myself into. They were sincere and honest. I had a very enjoyable experience dealing with western Toyota and I’ll personally be staying with them for as long as I can. Thankyou to zack thomas for all the help and getting me into my new car with a smile on my face!

I had a car breakdown emergency during my time visiting Corner Brook. I spoke with a friendly and helpful staff member (I believe her name was Yvonne) at Western Toyota the evening my car broke down and asked if they were able to help get me road ready/look at my car ASAP the next morning so I could get back on the road in the afternoon to where I needed to be for work by the next evening.I was assured they would be happy to assist and had my rental car towed to their place of business that same evening, to be looked at/fixed the next morning as soon as possible.I spoke with a different customer service member again the next morning and was asked by that agent what was wrong with my car? Even though I had already called and spoke with Yvonne AND had left a note with a brief description of my issue with my car. I was told by this agent that they had a "staffing issue" (who DOESN'T having staffing issues these days?) with their mechanics and they might not be able to look at my car until the afternoon. I reiterated the importance of my car being road ready for the evening in order to make it back to my workplace/the timely nature of my issue.I called Western Toyota again two hours later around 1100 after not hearing anything and was told by a third customer service member that my car hasn't even been looked at yet because of the mechanic being "very busy with appointments," that "sometimes people cancel them or don't show up but everyone has shown up today."I fully understand and value the nature of having appointments and keeping them, but I did have a car emergency happening, so it would have been nice if they told me first thing in the morning that I would be a lower priority than their regularly scheduled appointments... When I spoke to Western Toyota around 1100 I reiterated AGAIN the importance of my car being road ready ASAP so I could get to work. In the end, I ended up getting my car towed to another independent mechanic instead, who was able to fix my car and get in road ready within an hour of it arriving at his shop. So I paid for a tow truck to the Toyota dealership for nothing...Overall a very poor experience dealing with Western Toyota. I don't know if it is an issue with staff communication or priority setting that needs to be addressed there. If I had known my car emergency situation would be a lower priority than their regular scheduled service appointments I never would have had my car towed there in the first place and would have researched independent mechanics first thing in the morning.0/10 would recommended their service shop for roadside emergencies that are time sensitive.

Outstanding service! Both before and after my purchase(s). We have had a great experience buying from Western Toyota, and have been well taken care of after the sale. They had a great selection at a very fair price and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
