The absolute worst customer service i have every experienced. No smiles or friendly greeting, and completely rude in the comments. I never even made it to her picking up the scissors to get started before i told her she was not cutting my hair with her attitude and tone, and then I walked out.

Over priced and not friendly at all. They look like they want to throw u in the chair and give u subpar hair cut and kick you out the door as u are a bother to their day.

I cut my hairs today and she was not having a little smile on her face and she wad reacting like she cuts the hair for free, also, her cutting was not up to the mark and ruined my hairs totally . Their name is first choice but, this gonna be my last choice.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I came in for an undercut touch up and some trimming - they were half an hour behind, and the lady who took me seemed completely disinterested in what she was doing. I understand they were busy, but throughout my haircut she hit me multiple times in the face with the chord, shaved the undercut unevenly, used her hands instead of a hairbrush (with sharp nails mind you), yanked on my hair excessively, and didn’t bother to brush or blow off any of the cut hair. I’ve been finding hair in my wallet, in my glasses - practically everywhere! This is all fine and forgivable, but what really set me over the edge was coming home to find my cartilage piercing missing, seemingly ripped out of my ear by this stylist’s nails. This piercing shouldn’t have been easily removed like this, and can only highlight how rough she was. She seemed nice, and I’m sure she’s good at what she does - so I can only imagine the staff are so overworked they can’t do their best jobs. They either need to hire more staff, or find ways to better support who they have.Service: Hairstyling

My fiancé has been there twice now with our three year old son. Both times, our son was so relaxed and calm getting his hair cut which is the complete opposite of how he had been at other places. It’s also the only place my fiancé goes to and don’t complain about his haircut afterwards. The workers there are awesome! I’ll be going myself once it is time to get my hair cut again.
