It was the bad experience.i have an appointment on 10am but we received our car back on 4:30pm.and we got our car back as it was before.they didn’t fixed a single thing.the sign was still there.i went back to tell them the issue but they said i have to take a new appointment.and they refused to give the refund.
And also,i booked on 24 july and we got the appointment on 27 august.and i have to wait for more 30+ days for the new appointment

Fairway Honda was able to help me as I came in without an appointment to have the tires changed on our Honda Ridgeline. We are on our trip around Newfoundland and the old tires were over due. Thank you to Ingrid who was very helpful.

The staff at Fairway Honda in Corner Brook, NL, deserve an A++ review for their 'top-notch’ quality service. My experience at the dealership was outstanding! Ingrid, I truly appreciate your courteous and customer attentive approach. From the time I entered the building to exit, you provided an exceptional service with well-informed communication updates on my vehicle, even after I had left the building. That is to be commended! I also appreciate the car walk around too, before the appointment!? That was a first for me from any dealer, ever! To say the least, I was impressed with Team Honda from the start, in every format, via the text you sent, videos, and phone calls about my visit! The approach taken by your Service Manager (Jennifer) was fantastic and exceptional, and your service technicians and our escort driver were phenomenal too, making every process stress free. I strongly believe that you treat your customers as #1's, even when they live 600 km away from the dealership, like me! I do appreciate your approach! It's nice to see that Honda has adopted modern communication systems as well, a move in the right direction for me as your customer! I went up to get my stuff figured out and when I was up there I had a great experience cause after she done what she had to do her attention was 100% on me and what I needed done (me being new to haveing my own car) she felt with me with patience and understanding and put the one on one customer service experience above and beyond even when someone phoned in she put them to voicemail just so she don't get distracted by something else and she was extremely helpful on everything, thank you Ingred for you help n I will see you again

I made my first purchase at Fairway Honda and it was a very exciting experience for me. Everyone that I had to deal with was so patient and was all about making me happy. Bram Pike was my sales guy and I couldn’t ask for any better. He made sure that everything was taken care of for me and all I had to do was start the car and drive away.
