I had a bitter experience just now, I was shopping with my family and I was at the self checkout for billing a couple of ceramic mug, I chose the option to wrap it and the employee (a young slim lady with blonde starightened hair) attended me and deleted the option for wrapping it. When I asked her to help me get something to wrap those cups, she gave me a hesitant look and just took the wrappers and put that on the table and walked back to the self checkout place and standing doing nothing also saying nothing. This is not a proper way of customer service, this kind of attitude not good for those who work in places which has to deal with customers on daily basis.
There are a lot of other employees they are very helpful and enthusiastically doing their jobs in dollorama. Hope this will be rectified soon.

Great place to get cheap items when you are on a tight budget. However, if you want to use the self checkout...the machines are always messing up. You can't put you bag on the stand. You have to hold you bag and with each item you have to press "skip bagging". There is not enough staff to help with the machines, like at Walnart and Dominions!

Self checkouts and no cashier's is enough to never shop there again. Constant errors from the register, terrible experience. No better way to say they don't care about customers. Deer Lake store is way better and none of the impersonal bs.
