This garage is the best garage in CB. Honesty and professionalism has been the pinnacle highlight of my visit there twice! Unlike most garages here, they are the best. The person I talked to was Kim Brake. Kindest, easy to talk to, and a considerate person who really holds the garages' head high. I would recommend her!

Horrible place to bring your vehicle for service. Their mechanics are a joke. If you ever bring your your vehicle in I can guarantee that you will be back again and again. Absolutely shady work. You would think a mechanic would have some pride in their work.

Slow, very slow. I would not recommend this dealership for service. Will always buy Chevy or GMC but would NEVER go to this place for service on any vehicle. Watched them smoke and drink coffee more than work. Awful simply awful.Had to give at least one star in order to post but they don't even deserve that.

This occurred in October 2020The service department lacks professionalism and does not provide adequate details surrounding the repairs they recommend.I called for a service appointment in early September as I had my check engine light come on and I had a service all wheel drive message in my driver's console that needed to be addressed. I was required to book an appointment 3.5 weeks out, when the date comes all they performed was a diagnostic and said they needed to order parts and would not be able to complete the repairs for another 4.5 weeks.In addition to an entirely unacceptable timeframe, when the lady called to advise what work was required all she provided was a number, no detail as to what $1500 actually entailed. I had to prompt several times for details regarding what parts needed to be replaced and the breakdown of labour needed to perform the repair. This is not a small amount of money and needs to be appropriately and adequately discussed with any customer prior to having them accept or proceed with the recommended work.When it came time to collect the vehicle I had no issue with paying for the oil change I had also requested, however I did take issue with the diagnostic fee of $250 that I was also billed for despite agreeing to proceed with having their shop order the parts and booking in to have the repair completed by them.With the development of this I did not feel comfortable having them proceed in ordering the parts or completing the repair as they cannot be trusted to convey to their customers what is to be expected and I truly feel they are just looking to gouge customers at any interval they can.

Absolute joke when it comes to customer service, trying to buy a vehicle as never been this difficult and the lack of knowledge by the sales rep was laughable. waiting 3-5 days for a response from a sales rep is unacceptable, if the sales team is that bad then I could only imagine the service department. thanks sales rep for showing me what you guys are all about before I buy.
