Had an amazing experience at city tire, I had problem with goodyears tire I bought two weeks ago in a place that was in quebec (I was roadtripping) and the people at city tire help me out even if I didn't had to do anything with them. A lot of respect for them good work I really appreciate that! Will recommend all my life!

Last year City Tire was able to get me two trailer tires when no one else would even try. They gave me a good deal, ordered them and had them within a couple of days and I had to pay no extra for shipping. They also have a good service department dealing with all manners of repairs.

Had two wheel alignments done here, one in June and after that one noticed uneven wear on my tire, August 2nd I had my second one done there and truck didn’t feel right and still getting wear, also noticed my all terrain tires were reading door specifications on the pressure gauges when I always run 35 psi in them, so I called them to ask if they done this and the girl at the front told me you should always go by door specs no matter what. I called numerous places to confirm what I already knew in that light truck tires need more air pressure and 35 psi is minimum which is what I put in them. I called city tire again and I was told tire pressure had nothing to do with wheel alignments and they definitely didn’t deflate my tires I must have a leak in my tires and or the gauges were off. I went to another shop August 8th and my toe angles were off and that’s why my tire was wearing. I managed to get a refund for one alignment. Never will go here againService: Wheel alignment

This shop is a great example of why people don't trust auto repair shops. I Brought my truck in for a commercial inspection and it failed on account of the brake drums.Funny because I had done the pads and drums 6 months prior. I told the manager and mechanic that i just replaced them and they insisted that they measured over the allowable limit. I asked them to be sure because the measurement they got was actually smaller than what was stamped on the OEM drum.(At that point any good shop would have reviewed their process at least). So I went and bought new drums and returned to have inspection completed. When I got the paperwork back from the inspection and looked at the measurements (portion of inspection requires them to record the result ) and it was that same as the ones they had failed! When I asked how that was possible they said that they were new so they passed. My God...that is incompetence at it's finest. Rather then taking the opportunity to make things right they dismissed my argument as to why that wasn't right. I brought my old drums back to Ford and they passed them and they pointed out to me that the wear limit is stamped directly on the drum. (Same thing I pointed out to city tire before buying a new set). I went back to see if they would refund any of my money and they said that wasn't something they could do .Blows my mind that these guys are doing commercial inspections for dept of transportation. I can imagine how many things they charge people for that isn't broke and even more alarming is how many broken things probably go unnoticed. Just look at how they spell tire in their over view section of this Google review ...says it all. Incompetence! So it costed me 400 for drums and roughly 250 for the inspection...no refund. That will be the last time I'll ever go to City Tire.Services: Brakes
