We reached out to them after Napa told us our gas tank problem was a warranty claim. We went in to order the part a little over a week ago and they called on Friday stating the part was in but they would have to install it on the 18th we told them when ordering we were leaving the island on the 15th and the long and short of it were told "well I don't know what to tell you" and then she suggested leaving the truck? We aren't coming back.
We then asked if we could take the part and have it done by a different dealership and we were flat out told no.
There was no attempt to accommodate in any way.
I guess when you have the monopoly on this side of the island you're out of luck as customer.

Purchased a new truck in May. I also purchased disability insurance as I am in my fifties and you have to be careful. So, I have never been on any form of disability in my life. I am ex military, served in Afghanistan, and currently work worldwide in my occupation with no time missed due to illness. As fate would have it, it actually happened that I had to go off work. Immediately approved for short term disability from my work as per expectations with respect to my condition. Applied for disability through the insurance I purchased at the dealership and was denied! I was informed that it was not valid within the first 12 months!! So I asked for a refund and insurance company used by the dealership told me they would only refund 75%.
That is one great deal for them. Not a great deal for me. I tried to fight it through a process of appeals but “FirstCanadian” insurance company seems to be right on par with the apparent service provided by this dealership.
It’s really sad how consumers are treated when they have issues. I guess we should all be happy how nice they are before they have our money. However, they did give us two lovely baseball caps with their logo on them. That certainly makes up for the $1000 plus I lost on my refund.

City Chrysler is without a doubt the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I called them to book a recall repair in Mid March 2024, it is now mid July and the vechile is still in their shop. They made no attempt to find a rental vechile for me despite having extended warranty on the near New Jeep Grand Cherokee. After over 6 weeks of waiting for the recall part they have continously found new parts to "fix". Only once in over 2 months of calling them for updates have they returned a call. I have done business with other Chrysler dealers and never encountered problems comparable to City Chrysler in Corner Brook N.L. I strongly advise any consumers to avoid this business.

I personally had no issues since I would never buy a Dodge after my last one. However knowing some people who bought from this place, are going through so many issues with their purchase and zero help with zero care. Probably avoid this place

Week 2 of purchase and the service dept has to be the worse I have ever encountered. Paint issues with the truck noticed day one at pic up .Still no answers the the shoddy install of box liner that was damaged when that installed it .Now the complete run around with things for answers and excuses .I have made contact every day still no answers. Just ignorance on the phone .I haven't made a single payment as only not 2 weeks .I am already wanting to return less than 1 thousand km.The worse service dept I have ever seen .

My dodge ram 1500 warlock was left in their possession in working order They wrecked my motor and expected me to pay for the repair, they denied me any help what so ever so now I’m forced to proceed with legal action. One star because there’s no zero star rating for the lack of professionalism shown

Where to begin.....first of all sold my mom an uninspected car....brakes shot first three weeks....then to add insult to injury she got locked out of her car and had other issues....muffler shock absorbers shot as well as bumper on back shakes....but this is only part of the story

While travelling from New Brunswick had to have a service done and a little diagnostic work. Ronda the service advisor was very helpful!! Talked with the technician and the parts desk very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your assistance!!

I have used City Chrysler to service my Dodge. Friendly staff and although the hourly labour rate is higher than an independent garage you know that the work is done properly and the pre inspection and video gives you an excellent summary of your car's condition.

Working staff are great but this company do need curtesy vehicles Their shuttle service may be good for people who live in the city however if you are two hours out and have a four hour wait this service is not efficient.
