I was asked if I needed help which I did at that time. Instead of telling me where to go, they actually took me to the area of store I wanted to be. I'm not good with peoples directions that are shotty at the best of times! LolOverall great service!

Was asked by the staff to provide proof that I can't wear a mask ... I called the head office on the main land a dove into him . I didn't see the lady back at Kent's after wondering if she got the boot for discrimination? Fingers crossed ?

No one seemed to know where anything was. I don't shop at Kent but had to run in while I was at work.Was in there good 25 minutes for 2 little items.

Tidy, well organized store but I had difficulty finding someone to help me. Also, the patio stones that I was looking for were more expensive than their competitors. At least the yard staff were very friendly and helpful.

The store is very short staffed so it’s hard to get any service. Most of the staff I have dealt with have been helpful enough but very irritating to walk up and down isles for 10 plus minutes trying to find someone to ask for help.

We recently moved from BC to NL and the friendly, helpful staff, such as Lisa R at the Project Center and Keith H have always gone above and beyond to assist with planning and making sure we received prompt service and straight information. We have not seen this level of excellence in Customer Service in Any store for a long time. Thank you for helping us feel Welcome in NL.

I shop here about 3times a week for lumber and supplies. The staff are very friendly in all stores and they are upto date on the products they sell or reccomend to their customers.Customers are always greeted with a smile and also ask if the customer needs help.Very professional .But one thing I like the most,as soon as you step into the store you are are greeted. Kinda makes a person feel special.

I engaged the project desk to replace a couple of windows and some minor repairs in a house in Kelligrews. The desk wrote up my request and said a contractor would call me. A couple of weeks later, a message appeared on my vmail. I returned the call but couldn’t get a live person and left messages. Eventually, the contractor, Troy, returned my call. His response was, some of the work I needed done was “not what Kent does” and further, he “wasn’t going to drive all the way out there” just to give me an estimate on a job. Thanks Kent, for wasting my time. Kent should tell customers who approach their “project desk” that regardless of any discussion and paper work at the desk, all potential transactions are at the whim of their sketchy contractors.

Clean and organized. Helpful staff. Was returning an item without a receipt and had no problem doing so.
