WOW !!! ONCE MORE !!!
PRO FAST service ALLLL the way. The prices are MORE lower than reasonable. I was impressed once more. Mr. Bill the owner is very courteous, so is the Young Lady at the desk. BUT, Bill the mechanic (other than the owner) fixed me exhaust in a very PRO way. NO CHEAP repairs.
All I am saying is; I was blessed with this car service.

Put car in last week requesting brake pads installed as rotors were fine with low mileage. Garage called while I was out and told wife that rotors had to be replaced along with the pads. She couldn't find me to ask so said " I guess if they are gone replace them."When I found out the work was done and she paid for it, I went to garage to discuss.Receptionist told me that it was policy to replace rotors with pads.... I asked to see same.... she couldn't show me a policy...guess it's verbal.The receptionist kept saying said "well she approved it". That was her out...... To which I said well you told her they HAD to be replaced. She said "I actually told her that if you're selling the car I wouldn't replace the rotors I'd just do the pads".So my wife was told that the rotors had to be replaced. Which was incorrect, plus the receptionist was not honest in her version of the phone call. The receptionist is unethical and so is the garage with this kind of upselling.Don't spend your hard earned money here, they are not trustworthy at all.

Had my car fixed . They only put on parts that I needed. They didn't try to make any extra money off me. They did a great job on my car. They didn't play guessing games on trying to fix it. I will be back if I need more work done. I got my car back and now I have abs light on and a few more. I called them and they said that they did remove the abs sensor but it is probably gone now . They said he couldn't do anything for me because he didn't have a scan tool to put my car on. He referred me to go somewhere else to get it put on a computer. I figured they would have looked at it for me because I had no lights on it when I dropped it off.

First class auto repair. I’ve had a lot of vehicle repairs done here and they do quality work. The staff are very friendly. Pricing is very very good . I would highly recommend them. 6 stars out of 5 !
