Very helpful staff. Parking can be dodgy if the parking lot has a few cars, backing out is not an option. Now if they'd only carry my favourite flavour!

Horrible customer service. I bought a pack of 2 vape pods 7 days ago, I opened the second pod today and it didn't work at all. I tried to exchange it because it was defective and they said no. I can't believe they are willing to lose a customer over something they sell for $15.99 and they would get a credit from their vendor. They also said I didn't have a receipt, even though they were able to look up my receipt by my phone number, I was told I needed the paper receipt. I was also told that I should have reported the defective pod within 48 hours, I didn't realize I was supposed to test both pods as soon as I got them! There is another vape shop in Clarenville, but if you do choose to do business with this place, keep all of your receipts and test all of your pods as soon as you get them.Edit regarding response from the owner: I appreciate you acknowledging this but 25 points is only worth $5, while this is better than nothing, it doesn't cover even one vape pod in the 2 pack. I understand you've been taken advantage of by customers in the past, but that has nothing to do with me, I've been a loyal customer for many years. This product was defective and I do expect a replacement. I've already contacted your vendor and the manufacturer via email to see if they will issue a credit for manufacturing defects. I'll also change brands if the vendor and/or manufacturer won't issue a credit for a manufacturing defect. I'll update here once I hear back.
