“Great pharmacy with very friendly and courteous staff. I do however have an issue that I believe needs to be addressed. My prescription is always sent to this pharmacy electronically. With this type of prescription, staff has told me to call them and let them know that it has been sent in, as they do not begin the filling process until this is done. I can never get through to the pharmacy as it always says " the number you are trying to reach cannot accept any calls at this time ", or. " there is no one available to take your call at this time" , or it never gets answered and just sent back to the main menu. It can be frustrating, and I am sure this can be addressed. Other than this, the service is great when at the pharmacy in person. Thank you for your time. Brad Harris”
