Never doing business with R&F again. Financed a pull out sleeper sofa couch from them about 3 years ago for around $1400 after everything. Noticed a tear in the top left corner stitching so I called the store and they sent someone out to look at it to fix it. Never followed up with me to fix it nor did they return my calls so I got aggravated and said to heck with it. I went in recently to give them another chance and decided to purchase a recliner and coffee table. I had made them aware of my issue with the sofa during my first visit back, so keep in mind they knew of my bad experience from my first time. When setting up delivery for my area they said they started at 8 a.m. and I told them I had an appt I couldn't miss from 8:30-9:15. So I asked if they could make sure I am scheduled after that time and they told me well they text you the night before with a 3 hour window and I told them that wouldn't work because as luck will have it, they will end up coming around the time of my appt, and I would rather avoid getting aggravated and have to reschedule the delivery should they show up when I'm not home. They didn't seem to care and said that's all they can do. So they lost a sale. And future sales also as I am remodeling my home and buying all new furniture for my rooms as I do them. These companies are rediculous today. They refuse to bend to help you at all even though you are paying rediculous delivery fees and for overpriced furniture as it is. To boot, you would think they would have offered me a lousy discount or waived the delivery fee on this order for the tear in my couch that they never fixed.!!! ? People don't care about your experience anymore or quality control. They just want your $$$$$$$ !! When it comes time to honor a warranty or fix or replace parts they give you a hard time or just leave you hanging. The picture I posted shows the tear in the corner seam of my sofa from them moving it around in the warehouse. It was like that when I got it home and took the plastic off. And they did nothing about it! Oh well. I will talk with my $$ elsewhere. Bad way to do business R&F!!.

Very good customer service, especially Rachell the manager help us everything we want to know, aslo consultant Jerry Sullivan very good customer service . Definitely we will come to this store in the future not for family need aslo will buy a lot more for our business expansion. This Yorkville store in New York will do very well in the future . Excellent customer services.

I had a great experience at this store. I wasn't pressured nor followed. My associate Liz introduced herself and waited patiently until I was ready with my questions. Liz was very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you for assisting me in lowering the tag price. It was greatly appreciated.

Really nice selection to choose from in the showroom. Definitely more bedroom sets to look at though. Would have liked to see more of a living room selection. We ended up choosing a very nice leather set including the couch, loveseat and chair. Delivery is to be in a couple of days. Elizabeth Bello was super nice as well as our interaction with customer service through the checkout process.

I was treated with friendliness and kindness. I especially liked the agent who helped me find the right couch. I cancelled a previous order and am owed $43.18 which has not gone through the system. A glitch they called it. I also waited a long time to be given attention. When I need furniture in the future, I will return. The place could be more efficient.

Liz was a great sales person. We don't care for high pressure sell. She lets us look around answered our questions and then helped us arrange the financing and delivery. It was a very good experience.

If you like being taken advantage of and poor customer service this is the place for you. I ordered a box spring for pick up, show up to the store to learn that my order was not there because my account was flagged for “potential fraud”, yet my card was charged in full. No one attempted to contact me until that morning after my arrival to the store, where I was asked to provide a copy of my deed to confirm my delivery address (my order was for pick up so tell me how that makes sense), and to send a copy of my credit card. That in itself is completely unsafe and if you thought my order was fraudulent why take my money and send me an order confirmation?!I leave without my order and am told to call and they will schedule delivery for no charge. I schedule my delivery only to receive another call from the store the morning my order is supposed to arrive that my order is ready for pick up. Someone cancelled the delivery even though “there are notes in the system,” and “they have no idea how or why it was changed.” I’m then told they don’t do refunds and can’t deliver my order for another week.So if you like calling customer service 5 times for a $250 box spring, never receiving your order and being told they can do nothing to help you, this is the place for you.

Places like this are why 0 Star options should be available. Absolutely terrible processing and customer service on top of the least PCI Compliance standards and processes on this planet. If your order is “flagged for fraud” in their system, their solution for you to refute and resolve is to send a photo of your credit card, ID & copy of deed/mortgage/lease. Even if you drive 2 hours to the store to address, they are unable to help or fix. Just harvest your own timber and build your own furniture, it will be less hassle and more efficient than dealing with these clowns.

Everything was pretty easy. In store was fine. Salesperson was helpful. I had to compromise on the color of the sectional. There was only one color available for what I wanted. The delivery was easy but it is not a freebie. Also removal of the old couch couldn’t be taken care of so I have to get it to the dump myself. All in all things were reasonable. The sectional is pretty nice too.

In the past I have bought all my big box items from raymour and flanigan etc: 2 mattresses sets, a queen size bed, queen size foundation, kitchen table set and living room set I only had to put down $1000 to get delivered now I have to pay for the whole price to get a leather couch and love seat delivered. When asked why I was sent to a coworker that was on the side of the salesperson, this is when I realized I wasn't talking to no manager. I will not be shopping with this store any more

I went in to shop for a dining set, got all the information needed on the set I liked, returned the next, the salesperson called it up on his computer and cashed me out. it can't get any easier than that. Also, the manager came over to us with bottles of ice cold water while we were discussing the sale with the salesperson. Nice touch!
