Mickey the owner, has went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. He found the best prices for all my car parts, communicated well on when they would be here and got my car done in a timely manner. My car works great after all that went wrong with it. Very trustworthy and friendly. I would 100% recommend him to everyone I know and will use him again in the future. Also offered a free oil change after my inspection was done.

Brought my car in to Prestige recently for my winter tire install, oil change, and winterizing. I had used a local dealership for over 20 years but this dealership suddenly started telling me I needed all of these expensive repairs even though I had been in 3 months prior and nothing was mentioned. They recently had undergone a complete management change but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When it happened again 6 months later I decided to go elsewhere. I am extremely happy with the service I received at Prestige. Mickey was honest and prompt, and kept me informed of the time frame. I was also told my vehicle was fine and did not need other repairs. I will be returning.

Worst experience I have had shopping for a car. Found my dream car said everything was ready but inspection… Little to 3 months later I’ve already dealt with exhaust leak, power steering leak, also a dead alternator, so now the car is not moving. Do not recommend

I bought a car from the dealership. I understand it was a bit of a time crunch getting it on the road along with double checking it because it was the winter time. But either way bought the car. First the windshield wipers were hitting the windshield. Got them adjusted. No problem. Then the windshield wiper motor had to be replaced. That I had to come out of pocket. Since then besides maintenance I’ve replaced struts, links, rotors, calipers, the ac condenser. And now I need a window regulator, lower control arms, ball joints, basically a whole front end. Called the guy to address the situation. Said nothing could be done after saying everything that had to be done to the car was done. I’ve put more money into the car since I’ve bought it than the actual amount he was selling it for. If you’re gonna be a business owner, make sure you do the work and not try to sell someone a lemon.

I bought a car from there he had told me nothing was wrong that anything that was wrong with it was fixed now here it is two months later I had to drop about two grand into it not worth your time dealing with this place better off with some one else

I have finally found my forever mechanic! I went there with 2 initial problems, no a/c and my steering wasn't acting right. Mickey diagnosed and quoted me and had everything done in a timely manor. Being the pain I am, I asked if he was interested in doing a few more things while it was still in the shop. Despite having a busy schedule, he made time for me while still working on other customers vehicles. I ended up having him do my brakes, my belts and tensioners, air filters, oil change, the works! My truck has never ran better, I feel very confident going down the road knowing he was the one that did the work. 10/10 will recommend him to anyone I know.

It has been about week the wife loves her new vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle and a easy process look no further. I highly recommend, very solid couldn't ask for a better experience. 5 stars

Had an awesome experience at Prestige auto sales and service. I had my truck serviced. New brakes ,oils change , tire rotation. While my truck was at Prestige they found a sensor that had broke I had no knowledge of. Also found a couple other problems, they were able to fix while it was there. Stayed in contact with me the whole time awesome work highly reccomended.

Dominick was a great person and made the whole car buying experience easy. He is a very honest salesman. He is very informed on cars and the selling process. He answered any questions In a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Prestige Auto to any looking for a car.

I had a great experience while shopping for a car at Prestige. Dominic is very knowledgeable and he was more than accommodating to my needs and interests in getting the rite car. He even ran around and handled all of the DMV paperwork in 1 day just so I could get my car on the road in a timely fashion. Dominic let me test drive any car I was interested in at a whim. He had no problem with letting me take it to my own personal mechanic to give it a look over which is very commendable. He's very honest and trustworthy. He stands behind his inventory 100% and so do I. Thank you again Prestige Auto!!!
