“Just learned that every Nissan is not equal. I was at another Nissan service and they tried to charge me for something that my warranty covers but I thought to check with bay ridge Nissan and I spoke with Jack and he was so patient with me by checking my warranty and told me that it was covered. I took my car in the next day got it all fixed without any issues and didn’t have to pay a cent because my warranty caved it all. Thanks to Jack.”

“Excellent service! I went to them for a second quote for brakes. Turns out I didn't need front and back brakes like the dealer had said, so they saved me hundreds of dollars. “Love this place! Eric was soooo nice! I explained to him that my tire was on the brink of shredding into pieces and I was having my tires shipped to his shop and the earliest day that was available was over a week away and I didn’t think I would make it till then. He told me he was booked until then but he looked a little more and told me he could squeeze me in!! What an absolute life saver! They took me at 7am when they opened- they were there and ready to go at 7. By 9:30 I saw a missed call and went to pick up my car by 11. They serviced my car so fast I couldn’t even believe it. They were nice enough to make me feel at ease with leaving all of my stuff in my car that I would normally remove before being serviced to avoid any problems with things going missing. He told me they are like a family and I had nothing to worry about and I believed him. I came back, my tires were on and everything was exactly where I left it; very trustworthy people. I asked them about a transmission flush because my car was clunking and instead of just setting me up for an unnecessary or overpriced service, they earnestly told me that it may not be a good idea to flush because it might make it worse. I always thought mechanics would oversell or over-exaggerate problems to make the maximum profit from customers or at least that’s what I’ve seen and heard, but they did not do that and that spoke volumes. Instead they told me to bring it in and they would look at it and assess what needs to be done. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend this place as they are very caring and professional individuals that go above and beyond to retain their customers! I will be returning this week to have them look at it and see what they can do further to have my car driving and looking like when I first got it! Thank you again Eric! You guys are AMAZING!”

He's always fair, straight forward, accessible and honest. He generous with his time and advice and he's has even refused to charge for little things when he really should. “I needed my car fixed quickly so I could get it to my sister so she could drive it across the country. I went to a shop in Brooklyn and they quoted me over $3,000 for a bunch of repairs! Y and C Auto Repair did the job for $2,000 less than the other place and much quicker! Would easily recommend them to anyone in Brooklyn to make the drive here for their repairs! It’s well worth it. Super professional and very nice mechanics!”
“Been going to this place over 20 years. I believe this the 3rd owner but the system hasn't changed. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. The last owner named Frank retired but seems like he left them a blue print that they have followed to a tee”

“Love this Valvoline. You don’t have to leave you car; the staff explains all your levels. They are quick, it’s an easy process and you pay from the comfort of your car. Last visit they pulled up a machine that showed the flushing my old oil and I saw the mechanics adding in the new oil. I know what I’m getting because I can see it happening in front of me.”
