Have been very pleased with Kiera and Mark’s ability to provide excellent customer service. They are timely, provide guidance and suggestions as needed. Have been pleased with the work done by installers. The jobs have been day long installments, I am comfortable leaving our home while they continue to work. Crew is very tidy, and clean as they work.

Kyra was incredibly helpful when I was picking out carpet for our brand new house, she was quick to set everything up and when we had an issue she had someone out the very next day to fix the oversight! We are SO impressed with Meelan's customer service, professionalism, attentiveness and all around ease to work with. We HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who sees our carpets!

I would like to thank Kyra for her help and patience with solving our floor problem. It took quite along time to resolve but once we were all on the same page it went smoothly. The crew that put in the new floor were careful with the appliances and furniture when moving them and the floor looks good. So far everything is good we like the color and it's easy to clean. We really appreciate everything she did to resolve this problem and we are looking forward to working with her on our next project.
