BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!
I was immediately greeted when I walked into the showroom and assigned a sales associate, DZ. DZ was knowledgeable and answered all my 1001 questions while test driving two different Telluride models. He did not make me feel pressured and provided me with numerous written financing options for review at my leisure. Within 24 hours of deciding to purchase the vehicle, I was able to take it home. The buying process was quick and easy. DZ handled everything. No waiting in the showroom for hours, no going back and forth on price. I was even offered a reasonable price for my trade. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had.

My wife and I went to Destination Kia to look at a 2024 Kia Sportage. Dzenan and the rest of the Kia staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made buying the car that we wanted simple and easy. Within a couple of days, we brought our new Kia Sportage home. We're extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the service that we received, and highly recommend Destination Kia of Utica.

Needed to get the software update for my Kia. Stopped in and was able to set up an appointment within a week. Dropped off the day of and was completed in a few hours. Mike and the team were great to deal with and would highly recommend them.
