My vehicle was brought in for service. It was picked up and delivered. My vehicle was done the same day, in which I appreciated. The staff was friendly. Overall, I had a good experience. Everything was done efficiently.

I want to start off by mentioning that the whole company of people there are great. They do have one thing I have much issue with. I had to go home and called back to buy auto, putting down $2000 to secure and texting over my information so we could proceed easily the next morning. After waiting too long for everyone to get out of a meeting (they should have had someone come out to help me). I was then shown a FICO of 748 and the only company I could get a loan from. Mind you, I could have put a good amount down, heck, they could have put me in a new vehicle. Instead, they pushed and pushed for a loan till my FICO shot down ( it thankfully went back up in a month.). Chase sent me a letter as to why they turned me down with my 800 FICO... loan to value, not my FICO of 748 I had been told and shown. Doing a lot of hard fico cheques will hit a fico, this did. All they had to do was come to me as I was in the dealership and tell me they need a larger amount down, or tell me, if I wanted, I would just buy a new car as they had them in larger numbers. I now have a 9.39% interest rate that should have been lower. I also am not really impressed with the handling of the supposed warranty. 3 days after driving, the brake pads, maintenance light was on always. One person told me to just disconnect. The brake issue is still showing as the guy did not re set. I have a list showing all had been replaced so it just means the sensor is broke. I then started getting a song and dance about how that is a Subaru issue, not one they goofed on when they rotated the tired or did work. Anyway, they never did fix it. I will be taking to my mechanic. I was blown off. I o not think I will be buying another car from them again.

Worst experience ever. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased my Jeep July 2022 as any new owner I was excited, but to my dismay I had no idea the terrible customer service I would be in for. Not even 3 weeks later my jeep was brought back for an issue regarding the dome lights. At first I couldn't get the service manager to even give me an appt. Then I finally managed to get an appt. Where my jeep sat in their lot for 1 week untouched because no one knew it was there even though I checked it in with service. After that the service center had my jeep for 4 months for Dome Lights that wouldn't turn on! Service manager notified me they placed the part in the wrong vehicle and that they also found chewed wires in my "Certified Pre Owned" car. When I finally received my jeep back in October no more than 20 days later did my jeep go back because it wouldn't Park. It was later figured out that the transmission body module failed, Service center stated I came in for my check engine light. After this amount of chaos I wanted to trade out of my jeep, the service manager helped me but wasn't able to stay within my budget. During this time I was given a loaner, but later inconvenienced once again as I was given a loaner with no insurance coverage. I took my jeep back once again only to have my life put in danger as I was driving 50mph and no warning the jeep was dead in the road. I finally was able to get it back to the dealer and the general manager and the service manager couldn't find any other excuse besides "this is what happens when you buy used" they did try and help me with finding a trade but weren't able to stay in my budget and I was losing all the perks in my jeep that I purchased only to pay more a month for my loan. I was made empty promises from the general manager Mark, saying that he personally would call me the next day with info about my jeep as it had been 3 weeks and no communication. No call, Geoff the sales manager was suppose to email me new trade options the next day as well. No email. All I got was several calls a day stating my loaner contract was going to end and have no coverage, which is funny when they gave me a loaner for 3 months with no insurance and had no worries then. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole, unless you want countless issues, no communication, new staff every few months and chasing people down for answers.I've noticed several other reviews matching my issues I had. This dealership is not like when the carbone family used to own it. Lithia doesn't care about its customers and neither does the staff in this dealership

Adding another review because I have left message after message and no one seems to want to rerun my calls, so I have had my car for about 8 months now and have nothing but problems with it. I call and try to get you to make things right and I get no calls back! My car you sold me 8 months ago is not a reliable car, I have been late to work so many time because of this car, a month into owning it I had to replace both of the back wheel bearings, my windshield wipers randomly go off, my ac stopped working, the rear end is apparently leaking oil and my car shut off today going down a busy highway and I was no longer able to drive it. I do not want this car anymore I want a new reliable car for all the bullshit I have been thru the last 8 months. I'm beyond pissed. At least call me back and try to make it right instead of ignoring someone who has been buying cars from you for years. Nice way to treat someone who comes back time after time. Maybe I should find a new place to buy my cars now.

Been there a few times without issue, and just one time where they forgot to connect a coolant line. I can forgive mistakes, and they alleviated the issue in a timely manner and without additional cost. My main issue is how hard it can be to deal with the service department. Quite a few times throughout the years I've called to schedule, check up on, or inquire about something and someone will just pick up the phone and hang it back up on the receiver. I can deal with mistakes, but unnecessary rudeness is another. How hard is it to put someone on hold, or to ask them to wait one second or call back?

Had an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours for them to complete. Found that I was missing a lug nut, probably from the tire rotation they did before. They charged me 25.04 for a lug nut!!!! That is so ridiculous! The service guy was very nice but I suspect was still learning the job. If you have to get your oil change and you can not do it yourself, book an afternoon for them to do it and like 70.00 dollars.

Car was posted for sale on their website. I communicated with the salesman via text, asked if there was anything wrong with the car before I drove over an hour to see it. he said no. as soon as I got there I noticed several areas of body damage, when I said I wish you would have mentioned that when I asked he claimed he didn't see it. Prior to driving an hour to see/drive the car we agreed on a number, I told him I would be paying cash. he then told me he couldn't give me that price if I didn't finance through them, so I did, figured I would just pay the loan off. at that point I asked if I coyld put more cash down (since I planned to pay cash initially) and he said no bc the app was done, and it would require another credit pull. I later found out they did 2 credit pulls, and ended up financing me with a bank from Oregon with a higher rate than several local banks. About 2 weeks after the sale, I received a refund check. wasn't sure why. i called the dealership and left 2 voicemails for 2 different people in accounting. no return call. also spoke to the finance manager and he was ro look into it and call me back. that was 3 weeks ago. long story short. they are shady and their customer service is terrible. Would not recommend.

We were looking at a new Jeep, but the communication was poor at this dealership. The sales person Adam never got back to us, and it was a waste of time. We purchased elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

To whom it may concern:I recently brought my 2021 jeep renegade in for a defect (pin hole in the master cylinder). After the repair was done my wife kept hearing a noise that she addressed to me. I initially put it off as that is normal for a jeep. A month later I decided to look underneath the hood, first to fill in window washer fluid and to see what the noise she was complaining about. To my surprise I found a battery-operated torque wrench lodged between to engine and the radiator fan guard. I took pictures to show your service department, and no one would admit it was theirs. This could have caused serious damage to our Jeep. There way of dealing with the issue was checking out the jeep to make sure no damage was done to the vehicle and a free oil change. I would have left all this alone except now there is the issue of calling us back in regard to an inspection that is due this October. I called numerous times and left messages to call back and no one has ever called. You can justify being extremely busy for so long, but seriously not even a call back! As far as the initial problem stated above, I was initially angry with the assistant service manager and said the following: "Let's be honest here if I didn't see that wrench under the hood of my jeep and it got seriously damaged from that torque wrench you people would have never told me. You would have not mentioned that you found what I found so you wouldn't have to take the blame." Your assistant service manager said, "so are you calling us a liar?" This defused the situation and I eventually apologized. But now let's review to my initial statement, NO ONE EVER ADMITTED LEAVING THAT BATTERY-OPEPATED TORQUE WRENCH UNDER THE HOOD OF OUR JEEP!!! SOMEONE IS LYING AND IT WASN"T ME!!!Tony Esper(315)

I wouldn't give this dealership even 1 star if i didn't have too just to write a bad review to try and save anyone from the headache you will get from this dealership. The worst car buying experience ever. Very poor communication & the absolute worst finance department. I bought my car almost 4 months ago and still have not received my registration. I have called the dealership MANY times asking why this was not done and not a single person ever could give a straight answer, always a run around. Someone clearly didn't do their job and they cant even own up to it.Andrew was the only salesman from this dealership that even tried to fix the issues I had with this purchase.

Tried calling several times to get my information about a truck I'm leasing and I keep getting the run around. There is nobody in finance ever available to take your call and if you do leave a message no one returns your call just poor customer service.

Been a customer for years, but will no longer because of the service department. Between breaking the roof rack on my band new van, having all the oil leak in my driveway a day after taking our new jeep in for a oil change. And to top it off the rude girl that works in service. My future business will definitely go to NYE in Oneida.
