I went in not knowing I was going to buy my first car!! When working with my sales woman Nyah Thompson, she pointed me in all the right directions and we test drove two cars and I fell in love with the 2024 rogue! I like many I'm sure dread the car buying process. Shopping around, finding the right deals and looking for the right fit. It can be so stressful and tiring. Nyah was exemplary when it came to the entire car buying process from start to finish. She was patient, took her time, made me feel comfortable, answered every and any questions ask. She was extremely knowledgeable about the types of vehicles, warranties and all the extras that can make this process so stressful. Excellent service, friendly staff and atmosphere. Navigated the entire car buying process with ease thanks to great customer service from not only Nyah, but also the managers Chris and Joe. I have and will continue to recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by and see them. First impressions are always the key and they're professionalism is top notch!

One of the most overpriced dealers in the Utica area. If you look at Syracuse or Albany you will see almost all vehicles at street are 2-4k higher in price. 30k for a 22 frontier S when you can get a 23 frontier SV for 500 bucks more in Syracuse. Unless they start becoming a reasonably priced dealer I see no reason to ever buy from them

Our most recent experience with the dealership was phenomenal! Everyone was honest about pricing and we got the best rate and price possible.
Edit: Six months later we found ourselves back at Nissan for another Nissan purchase. Same sales person, same finance people-and they didn’t disappoint!! Found us phenomenal rebates, perfect interest rate (0%) and the exact interior and exterior color vehicle we were looking for. Honestly, I can’t say enough, everyone is always so pleasant and genuinely helpful.

We stopped by Steet Ponte Nissan when shopping for a new car. We found them to be very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and concerns. They were very personable and didn’t make us feel like we were wasting their time, as we felt with other dealerships. Rob was SUPER, Even though I wasnt even looking to upgrade yet it just happened. My payments are a little higher (dooohhh) but Rob and the team did what they could. It was a better experience this round than the last time and we are in a 2024 Rogue that has all the bells and whistles.
