Customer service and quality of service is second to know. They truly care about their customers and the outcome of their vehicles. I would recommend doing business over any dealership in upstate ny.

Great customer service. Matt Malone was more helpful than the dealership I had purchased my vehicle from. Matt tried his best to assist me with my problems. My car would not go into gear and would not shut off. Matt then check on me until I got my vehicle back. Need more employees like him.

Went in for a 60,000 maintenance check they only change my oil never rotated my tires wind shield fluid was empty then they rush me to come in and pick my car up UNBELIEVABLE SERICE SUCKS

I recently brought in my grandmother's car. While the service desk people were extremely nice, the work on her car took 4 days. I understand being understaffed, but when going to pick up the car they had completely forgot to give me the estimate for new tires. The car was also making a weird noise in the passenger rear, which they told me they looked at and was fine (claiming I just needed new tires). Well I took the car to get new tires today at a different repair shop, and they found the passenger wheel bearing needs replacing IMMEDIATELY. I wish I could give this place a good review, as everyone in the lobby was extremely nice, but when a customer asks for something to be looked at on the car, it should be done. I highly even doubt that they checked, because the noise is so loud now the car is almost unbearable to drive.

The “service” I received in the service department was excellent. The car took a little longer than expected, but the man who helped me was very friendly and efficient.

The service department was amazing. We are from out of state and needed a repair and a very stressful day was turned around to be a great day. The staff couldn’t have been better. We are grateful for their kindness, knowledge and efficiency. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road so quickly!!

Kyle Kupiec was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about the truck we wanted. He also got us a very good deal. We were very happy with the over all experience.

Wouldn't bother buying. Made a purchase and found out that your only worth time when you are about to give money. Bought a truck and the first time I washed it the sticker style paint job came right off. Look at the fact they use a tacky sign to say thanks for buying our vehicles. I will be talking with someone soon and will update.

Mr. Dale Roberts was the reason we went to this Jeep dealer. He is truly one of the best salesmen in the upstate area. My wife, daughter, and I greatly enjoyed the entire experience, from shopping for the right vehicles, to picking up their new Grand Cherokees!

I brought my car for service at 11 am on a Friday and it was not ready until the following Wednesday at 5 pm. I had to call them multiple times for updates and coax them into providing the service that was needed. The experience was beyond frustrating. Needless to say I will not return in the future.

After 5 hours in waiting room on the drive home my USB and SD card slots were not working. Had to drive back and have them hook them back up. After that you would think I would at least get a coupon for a oil change
