I brought my 2010 Camaro to Lead car,due to my trunk not opening by remote
I informed service that the wires leading to the trunk had been crimped in the trunk lid when I closed it and a red wire which was exposed had been cut. I was told it would be $175 to diagnosis
I told them what it was and was told it would still have to be diagnosed. After dropping the car off at 830am I later received a call asking if the car was in an accident,I said no and told them again about the wire. I later called and wanted to pickup my car but was told they had the trunk lid panel off as well as the door panel.said they could not find the problem. The next day I received a call that my car was done, I had to pay $427, and according to my paperwork,they soldered all three wires and reinsulated the harness (put electric tape on) once I got home the door panel was coming off in my hand I put it on the best I could and went back to Lead car, I spoke to someone in charge,for all the good that did. I will never reurn,very disappointed and I am telling all my friends and family.Terrible service and manager did not seem to care.

From the beginning the experience was superb. Bridget got the deal started on the phone, she was friendly and extremely honest. Next, we met with Chris, the manager who was friendly and upfront about the process. Bill Slater was our salesman and was absolutely awesome! Every part of the transaction was seamless. In my 43 years of driving it was by far the best buying experience I have had! From start to finish, we were so pleased, no surprises, no pressure but absolute honesty. I highly recommend Lead Car when you are in the market for new wheels.
An update to my original review, I just had my first service at Lead Car, it’s about a 50 minute drive from my home. While I could go to dealers closer, I wanted to see how Lead Car would do, plus it was free! They didn’t fail, the Service adviser Cara was phenomenal. She answered what questions she could, admitted when she didn’t know the answers but came back with the information in short order. I will definitely be using Lead Car for servicing my Tahoe. Not surprised though as it just adds to the overall experience I have received from Lead Car!

We had an appointment for my vehicle scheduled on 08/08 at 10:30am for an oil change and break repair. At 4:30 we called for pick up instructions where they then notified us that they “forgot about our vehicle” and were unable to service the vehicle that day. They told us they would be able to get to it on 08/09 first thing in the am. By 9:28am they gave us a run around about screws being to tight to take the tires off to get to the breaks and were “unsure” if they could service the vehicle that day. Later that day they called to let us know they were able to get to the car but wouldn’t be able to finish it. We proceeded to let them know we were leaving for vacation and needed to have the car completely finished by end of work day Friday. We ended up picking up the vehicle around 7:30pm Friday evening where the driver side door had knicks on it and all of the sensors were never reset. The service tech informed my husband they had over scheduled for those days. We unfortunately were the result of their lack of availability to communicate and schedule properly. It was one excuse after another for two days without a vehicle that we needed to accommodate rides for. We will never return to this Chevy again. The customer service was horrible, not one ounce of remorse or assumed responsibility for their errors. We will make sure to spread the word of how horrible our experience was here.

Jasmin Dizdarevic was the most courteous, knowledgeable, and personable sales representative I've ever dealt with. He was professional and informative about EV cars without being pushy. His knowledge and expertise allowed me to make the decision to switch from a gas-powered vehicle to an electric one. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase the day I picked up my new car. Who takes a longer test drive after a purchase? This proved that he wanted to ensure I was comfortable with the new vehicle and all the advanced features. He could answer any questions at the dealership, and his support continued after I left. He is easy to reach and willing to help with any aspect of owning an electric car. I would encourage you to see Jaz if you are looking for a Chevy vehicle, but his knowledge of the new technology is unmatched!

1) The service department front desk gal is second to none. I'm valued, she's extremely personaable, affable and literally cares (a lost art) about the customers.
2) The appointment was on time and completed far faster than I expected.
3) Technician who did the work was a great guy!
4) Lobby/waiting area is spotless and fresh with great coffee and free WiFi.
I never hesitate to call for an appointment. I know all will be just fine
