“Excellent customer service. I usually come here for inspections as they are close to my home. Call ahead and make a appointment, show up on time and they will have you in and out in about 30min or less. They also now do electronic vehicle reports which are sent directly to your cell phone. This makes it convenient to see anything that they find which may need repairs, you can correspond with the shop to confirm repairs or not, or even to look through afterwards if you are a diy'er and the finds are not urgent. Excellent shop and staff, would highly recommend.”

“Everyone is very nice and easy to work with, but literally no one answers the phone in the service department. There have been times when I have to drive to the office to make an appointment because no one will answer. It’s very frustrating and a huge inconvenience, especially if you don’t live nearby. I’ve called other departments asking to get someone to help me but I’m always transferred back to service, where no one picks up.
Edit: I was contacted by the service manager who explained a new system that will be in place soon to assist with this issue. He gave me his email as well and told me to reach out with any future concerns. I'm happy with how this problem was handled and hopefully will have a better experience with making future appointments.”

Next, we met with Chris, the manager who was friendly and upfront about the process. Bill Slater was our salesman and was absolutely awesome! Every part of the transaction was seamless. In my 43 years of driving it was by far the best buying experience I have had! From start to finish, we were so pleased, no surprises, no pressure but absolute honesty. An update to my original review, I just had my first service at Lead Car, it’s about a 50 minute drive from my home. While I could go to dealers closer, I wanted to see how Lead Car would do, plus it was free! They didn’t fail, the Service adviser Cara was phenomenal. She answered what questions she could, admitted when she didn’t know the answers but came back with the information in short order. I will definitely be using Lead Car for servicing my Tahoe. Not surprised though as it just adds to the overall experience I have received from Lead Car!”

“Sebastian is the best. He’s my go to car repair and service rep, but I’ve also worked with others and they were great too. They shoot straight with price and parts. The mechanics will take you out back and show you/explain if you have any questions. You’ll pay more than at Mavis because it’s a dealer if it’s a big job, but there are some things that NEED to be done by a dealer, and for the little stuff that can be done elsewhere like brakes and oil, their prices are competitive, they get you in quick, and even for major jobs, they’ll put you in a loaner if there’s one available and it’s going to be more than a couple hours. The waiting room is nice with free coffee and water. I’ve been impressed every time I’ve been in.”

They went 2 hours out of their way to tow my car to a local mechanic shop - at 4 am on a SUNDAY. But Lee-Ann had a better idea and was willing to try and see if they could fix my tire in their shop versus waiting for a mechanic on Monday. Not only were they able to fix my tire, but because of her I was able to make my appointment on time to return my rental!Some of the kindest, genuine, and most honest people I've met in a long time! They have your best interest at their heart and treat you like their friends or family. Their prices were also extremely fair!Not that I'd ever want to have to use a tow company again (because who enjoys dealing with car troubles?) But if I have to it's definitely going to be them.”

“We bought a new Tiguan from them last year. When we got it home, we discovered that the roof rails were dented. We contacted them and they repaired them as good as new. Recently we had the car in at the local dealer and we mentioned that the interior lights weren't working correctly. After a lot of searching, it was discovered that a clip that had been replaced by Steet Ponte was causing a short. It wouldn't be covered by warranty so I had to contact Steet Ponte and try to get $417 from them for the repair. They came through with the full amount without arguing, fighting, or threatening etc. They took the right, honest, professional route. Well done! Will probably buy my next car from them.”
