“I just purchased a DeWalt Grabo from Tool Nut and had the most pleasant customer service experience with Rhiannon - She Took my request to notify me when the Grabo tool is in stock, and she did exactly that. I jumped on the website and ordered it right away with absolutely no issues and I received a notice that is had shipped in just a few hours - Many thanks to Rhiannon for going the extra distance for me!

26 Parkway, Katonah“Needed some hardware for my bike and got some great personalized service, which is a standard at this great hardware store. Beware of the hoses though. The one I bought kinked like nobody’s business!”
“This hardware store is the stuff of dreams.
I guess because it’s actually a Magic Shop. Marty appears from nowhere. He reads your mind. He pulls your obscure request from his sleeve. You enter a Time Machine set to 1950, and he tells you the price.
Meanwhile back at the garage, his doppelgänger reanimates the dead - the once loved toys: broken mowers, troubled engines, exhausted batteries, wounded autos.
He brings them back to life; asks nothing in return. You will love this place.”
“Great bunch of guys that work there. Very helpful especially when my battery died never realized how heavy it was without hesitation he carried it to my car, price of battery wasn't bad.”

2 Meadow St, Goldens Bridge“My experience with King Lumber has been nothing but positive. Vinny not only quoted the most competitive pricing for my custom windows and doors, he is also very responsive and professional, which definitely helped reducing the renovation stress! Highly recommend.”
“I normally go to Home Depot, and never get the service I crave, so I went to this local hardware store close to where I live, and 3 times so far I've had the best experiences with Max and Joey, Manny. All 3 of these guys are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Kindness is such a rare commodity these days, and rarer in the Northeast. Ugh. Anyway, that really goes a long way when it comes to the in-store experience. This is my preferred hardware store now. Thanks for your help and guidance. And thanks for allowing me to use your sink to clean my hands. You guys are great.”
“The General Contactor who’s doing our renovations (Lotus Metropolitan Construction) referred us to Milwood Lumber for our custom doors and we are Extremely pleased. Our contractor alerted that he’s been using them for 5 years for doors and windows with great results. Jerry is our rep and placed our order and all of our contractors orders and he’s very satisfied with their service.”
“Getting the yard and house ready for summer activities. Graduation, Prom, BBQ's. They cleaned my grill a few weeks ago and I inquired about additional work. They power washed my patio, furniture and now repairing and painting trim on my home. It is so hard to find good honest people in the repair industry. These guys are amazing! Thanks to the CPH team!”
“Almost always can find what I need here. Extremely helpful staff that actually care about your project!! There is a reason this small business has stayed open and thrives year after year.”
“After many attempts to get the right color to refinish my cabinets I ended up at Wallauer in Yorktown. Thank You Chris for your help! The red chestnut stain was perfect!! The best service and prices!!”

“Special thanks to this winning team from Lowe's in Yorktown Heights, NY (Dasha, Erik & Sean) . I just purchased flooring for MBV2 in Lagrangeville as part of our Dutchess County Grant project. They made it possible for us to stretch the value out of our grant. Phase one, 2400 sq. feet of flooring will be delivered for installation. ❤️ Please take the time to complete the store reviews when shopping. It makes such a difference when employees work so hard. My review - It is my pleasure to take the time to complete this survey this evening. The staff you have employed at this Lowes location from Sean the Manager to Dasha in Customer Service and Erik on the floor were beyond exemplary. As the Founder/Director of a Westchester based nonprofit that furnishes homes for the homeless veterans housed in NYS value and an exceptional product is so important. I decided to take a trip to Lowe's to look at the flooring needed for our new warehouse. We needed stock that was reasonably priced, durable and within our budget. Immediately on the floor Erik offered me assistance. He was able to pop into his handheld device the exact amount of stock I would need for the flooring. After speaking with the store Manager Sean who has made it known in the community how much Lowe's values our nation's First Responders and Veterans, we made the purchase that was completed by Dasha in Customer Service. Talk about a winning team. Dasha immediately processed an order that I have no doubt will be delivered to our warehouse with ease. On Memorial Day weekend, so many celebrate the holiday season, but I know Lowe's honors those that serve and remembers the true meaning of this holiday. By helping our organization, you have ensured that homeless veterans in your community will have furniture stored in a warehouse that is cleaned and tidy. Thank you sincerely for supporting us at My Brother Vinny. Paula Miritello Founder/Director. www.MyBrotherVinny.org”
“It's always a pleasure to go to Lowe's instead of going to Home Depot. Lowe's always has someone who will help you. A nice young lady was busy putting things in order, but she took the time to ask me if I needed help. She was a nice Asian lady with a great smile.”
