edited: Visited a few times with positive experiences. Was there around Thanksgiving with 2 vehicles, a week apart. I felt I was sold services that weren't 100% necessary with similar language - that sounded like an up-sell script. Both vehicles ended up with issues after the visits. Do not believe they intended to make errors during repairs, but both vehicles ended up needing costly repairs that I chose to take to the respective dealerships instead. One had issues with car alarm sounding that turned out to be a broken hood latch. The other is no longer drivable which ended up being scoring of the master cylinder which could be related to poor brake service. Even small, innocent mistakes can lead to larger issues. There is nothing to discuss or make right. No return phone call is requested or required. I was happy to support a local business that was close to home, but did not have a positive experience.

Had a problem with the gear shift and they were so kind and fixed it within the day. They were wonderful.

They got into an accident with my brand new car in the parking lot and still made me pay for my oil change. No discount. Barely got an apology from the owner. I had a rental for two months, driver side door and rear door had to get changed entirely. My insurance went up and had to pay my deductible. Basically, most expensive oil change of my life.

Love these guys and the work they do! They do great work for the cars of their customers and they are always honest with their customers. Good to establish a relationship with the mechanics. Me and my family get our maintenance and inspections done here and we never had a problem here.
