Can't for the life of me understand why YML has any negative reviews. Rich was fantastic. Thoroughly explained why my water test failed the first time, and gave me advice on how to fix the problem. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Yorktown Medical Labs, I have used them commercially and personally for over 40 years. They do medical and environmental testing. Talk to Rich, he is very good at explaining things, and listening to what you need. Their prices are clear, and fair. They don't try to push you into anything that you do not need.

I used YML to conduct an extremely thorough drinking water test from my home. Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had a quote and had my supply of bottles to fill and instructions within a day or two. Even though the test was long and extensive, and they were sending out several tests to be conducted elsewhere, I had all my results within a week (at least a week earlier than initially expected!). Rich took his time going over the results for me on the phone and ensuring all my questions were answered. I am a completely satisfied customer and will definitely use them again in the future. My only recommendation is for them to get a website, which would make it easier to get quick information about the business rather than a phone call.

Very Professional and Amazing Customer Care! My wife brought a water sample to the lab for testing because of the high rate of heavy meatballs discovered in our communities public waster supply. Rich Padovani explained to her that he had been testing other samples from the Bedford Water for the same incidences of high levels of heavy metals due to the chemicals used to treat water coming from the reservoir. He explained that the high levels of heavy metals was coming from the town water mains and had built up in the pipes over time as a result of the old wells that he Town has abandoned. He explained to her that the chemicals were making the scaling and heavy metals that has built up over the years of hard well water was being released yesterday the new water treatment chemicals being used.
