If I could give them zero stars I would do it. I have never seen such a poorly run bank. Management is horrible and I can only assume that is why they can't keep tellers. No matter what day or time you go to this bank there is always a line because there is always one poor Teller working the drive thru and the window at the same time. To make matters worse the Teller is new (because again they can't seem to keep staff) and they need approval on most of the transactions that they perform which requires a banker at a desk to come and assist.
I have waited over 20 mins to get assistance with my banking needs and Wells Fargo's answer is bank on your phone or at the ATM or you can make an appointment. My option and my only option is to come into the bank and the bank should be staffed with the appropriate number of Tellers especially Monday-Friday between 12-2 and on Saturday mornings at 9:00, but it's not. I would highly recommend that if your looking for a bank to put your money in this establishment is not for you and I would find another bank which is the direction I am now going in myself. Sad smaller banks are a lot more accomodating to customers I guess Wells Fargo or at least this branch of Wells Fargo doesn't care about their customer's satisfaction. I have been to the Wells Fargo in Danbury, CT and it's a totally different experience. I live in Yorktown and to drive 45 mins to do banking is ridiclious so I'll look for another local bank that can serve my needs and appreciate me as a customer.

Extremely rude super un organizing plus none of the workers know what they're doing. Waited for two hours from 3 to 5 PM to get my issue resolved they could not resolve it and I had to come back the next day. Still not fixed

They have way to many rules and regulations and take forever to make a deposit, cash a check, or do any other type of business. Plus, you have to wait sometimes between 15 to 25 minutes before they finally complete your transactions! Other banks help you much faster, and don't make you jump thru hoops just to do a simple transaction even if your a long time customer! They just don't seem to care about how they make other people feel.

If you love and care for your elderly you will understand their desire to go to the bank, post office, and supermarket despite reason or safety.4 months ago I brought my 89yo father to the WElls Yorktown Heights branch to make two rental income deposits and withdraw a few thousand dollars to cover living expenses during Covid. He can hardly walk alone unattended, has hearings aids, and has not yet contracted Covid. Every trip out the house is a RISK in so many ways. The Wells teller greeted him by name before seeing his deposit ticket. Both she and the manager refused to cash his personal Wells check because he had forgotten his wallet containing his drive's license.I explained that policy is for non customer check cashing purposes. Furthermore, the tellers knew his identity, and that him returning home and back was an incredible burden and risk of fall. The tellers were indifferent to my explanation and tried to make it look like I was unreasonable because I was having this conversation in the open line with approximately 5 other over 65 yo clients listening. I spent 1 hour that evening studying the Wells Client Account Agreement finding I was correct. My father presently is recovering from a fall in his driveway that cut his head and nose. He had fallen off chairs already when the Wells incident occurred. I love him and cannot forbid him to go out or I risk he will hate me at near end of his life.I made a email complaint to Wells Executive Office. They responded by email from an unattended mailbox twice in two months explaining their overload and that my complaint will be addressed. I called once only to be told their staff was laid off prior to Covid and they are thousands of complaints behind.I promised social media justice as a last resort. I despise this type of grievance retaliation as I do not believe it an honorable way to do business, being a 34 year local business owner. I cannot close and move my elderly parents accounts because they cannot take any change at this sensitive age. But as an only child I will ASAP do so when it will not negatively impact them. The Wells tellers in Yorktown are the phoniest people I have ever met. Their pleasantly obnoxious greetings are merely tactics to compliment client egos. When it came time for an actual issue, they failed without elderly consideration.

Great branch! Went here for a loan, not as a wells fargo bank member and their team was sooooo nice and helpful. Applied online and made an appointment at this location and our represenative, Nagat was sooo kind and helpful. My girlfriend uses WFB for a savings account which is why we had decided to get a loan thru them and what a great experience that was. The whole staff was super nice and friendly. Nagat had asked us if we needed anything else to give her a call and gave us her card. We realized upon driving away that we needed to get something notorised the next day. Called Nagat and turns out she was the notary! Went back in the next day and was in an out in 10 minutes no more. I will definitely be back to give not just Wells Fargo my business at some point in the future, but specifically this staff considering how nice they treated people that were not even banking/branch members here!
