The customer service hours are 11AM-2PM and 3PM-6PM. And the building entrance is on the side. Make sure you have a tracking number or notification slip. That will make your visit less stressful.

The guy at the counter was not interested in helping me, was rude, and though I still had questions to figure out how to get my package, he dismissed me to call up the next person in line. It was lousy customer service. I didn't get the guy's name, but I was there between 5 PM and 6 PM on 10/3/2023.

The worst customer service ever.I talked to 4 different representatives and the first two told me the same thing. The third one couldn’t do anything and the 4th representative calls me at 9:50 pm telling to come pick up my package at the facility which was closed and no one was there. And she just had the worst Attitude ever while talking to me

Absolute terrible experience. I travel all over the country and generally get things delivered to my hotels. This is the first time a delivery driver opted not to deliver my package because the Suite # was not provided. Instead of leaving it at the reception desk and me providing ID to retrieve my package). Finally at the end of the day I have the option to schedule for pick up because tomorrow I will be in a whole different state… and the facility isn’t even open to allow me to get it. The facility says it opens at 11AM… and I plan to be long gone before this. Let’s not forget I paid for the fastest shipping last Thursday , it is now the following Monday. On the phone all day between the Sender and UPS because both want to point the finger instead of resolving the issue. I am absolutely disgusted at how my package and concerns are being addressed.** Images after having to pick up the package from the facility, this is how I received it… I am not happy with how unprofessional this facility was when I arrived, the security guard was asleep and the overnight shift lead / manager declined coming to the front to address my concerns **

Ordered something from Amazon and they used UPS. UPS "attempted" to deliver the package even tho all they had to do was leave it in the package room like Amazon does. Didn't get my package and they said I can PAY THEM for the privilege of coming to pick it up myself

If you are at the end of a delivery route and they cannot be bothered delivering to you they lie and say that delivery was attempted and is being rescheduled to the next business day. This has happened multiple times.

Very friendly staff. Super helpful. Easy to drive up and unload packages. They also have a dolly available to borrow if you have a lot of packages.

They said they dropped the package at my door At 7:02pm and I was not only waiting I have Cameras And nobody came. So one of the drivers had to take! They don't want to hear anything!!!!!
