I want to say that the customer service here is very professional. The young lady who was doing the fingerprinting was very kind and understanding she explained to me the process of the finger imaging. I was confused and worried that I would mess it up. She made sure that everything went smoothly and all while she was alone and managing the front store and fingerprinting area she stood calm and took care of all customers with professionalism I would recommend if your going to have mail sent or fingerprinting done this is the place to go. I was very satisfied and worry free after I left.

I went to The Mailbox Store to get fingerprinted for IndentoGo. Despite having to make an appointment, I ended up waiting for over a half hour to be called in. The woman was impersonal and instead of telling me what she was going to do, she just grabbed my fingers and started turning them in ways that my wrist wasn’t ready to be turned. I got what I needed, but it was not a pleasant experience.

I needed to ship some computer parts to a friend. When shipping was too expensive, they helped me bring the price down through some creative packaging. They also saved me hours by helping me get my passport forms shipped and my picture taken. More courteous, convenient, and helpful than the cvs next door. Greatly recommend!

Absolute worst experience with a company in 6+ years. They are a "DHL service point" which means if you drop off a package there, they give it to DHL. We gave them a package worth $1000. After a few days, the tracking never scanned so we reached out to them. They assured us it was picked up by DHL and that they had video footage of the lady taking the package. After 7 days, it still didn't scan, so they contacted DHL for us. The owner specifically told us hell handle it since he had a direct DHL rep. More time passed now, and I call him again, and he tells me he's still working on it. After about 3 weeks, the story changed and he said that actually a USPS worker took the package on accident and they are trying to get it back. I have shipped stuff for 6 years and when USPS takes a package, they scan it. A DHL label would have been rejected and it would have not been taken. After a month, the owner told me to file a claim with DHL and ask them to ask USPS for the $1000 back. Meanwhile, the tracking still has NO SCAN so when I did it, as I expected, they rejected it because there's no proof DHL got the package. All in all, the owner is a complete liar and refused to give me proof that USPS took the package or even put me in contact with the people he was talking to. He lied for over a month straight and now I am out of an $1000 package for a customer. He should never be allowed to take DHL packages again. Never will go there and will make sure none of my people go there.

I had an appointment set for 05/25/24 at 1:40 pm for field print and NOBODY WAS THERE. I waited an HOUR and the store was still closed! So I rescheduled the appoint for today 06/01 and the store was open, but the employee inside didn’t know the login and got the account for field print locked out after many failed attempts, why the employee didn’t verify the password after the first couple attempts is beyond me, so the employee tried calling support to unlock the account but got it deactivated! So now my appointment got cancelled and so did the few other people inside waiting as well! If I could give 0 stars I would.

They tempered with my mail never reached its destination. The cashier is not willing to explain services they offer.I need my mail back! What a bad customer service experience. Discriminating against my last name asking me how to pronounce it . Making fun of someone in a wheelchair skipping us in line and serving others we spent 30 minutes watching her try to prove a point that she’s can discriminate and be hateful and treat a man in a wheelchair badly and also make fun of someone s last name. People had to wait in line while she kept going around doing unnecessary stuff just to prove her self that she can discriminate and be hateful . If u don’t want other peoples in your store put it the so we don’t bother to enter.poor customer service. Hope my mail gets to its destination because after everything I went through because of my heritage wish could post a video

I've been coming here for years and consistently been dropping off parcels this past month. There's this new employee there named Andrick and wow he is amazing . Never somber like the other employees He literally greeted us / everyone at the door with a voice that projected loudly and handled us with such a gentle demeanor . Andrick was patient with me even as annoying that I can possibly be . Best of luck Thank you for the experience

The guys helping me pack my items there were stellar and I’d be happy to change this review if the rude little girl working the register issues an apology for her poor behavior. Needs to go back to the books on how to interact with customers or other humans for that matter. I simply asked if a label had printed that I sent to the printer. She made noEye contact or acknowledgment that I even existed and when I said “ma’am is there a label that printed down below at the printer?” She responded with a condescending “calm down.” And then proceeded to tell me how I need to chill out and stay calm. So confused, as all I asked was if the paper came out. Careful who you hire, guys.
