I tried Sweet Story again today, with a much better experience! I got Sue. She was kind and did a nice job. She took her time and gave a very nice shoulder massage at the end. The woman who did my mom's nails today rushed through. But the woman with the blond hair who did my SIL's nails was wonderful. She was very friendly, did a nice job, and gave a good leg/foot massage with the pedicure.

Amazing experience, Samantha does my nails and she does an amazing job every time! She is careful and kind. Really takes her time perfecting your shape. Everyone is so nice and no one makes you feel uncomfortable! I highly recommend!!!Services: Pedicure

My 60 year old mom visited this nail salon today and was completely taken back by the horrific treatment at this establishment. The pedicure she received was sub par but even so, this review would not be necessary if the staff exhibited one ounce of courtesy. First, after they finished the pedicure, the woman added 20% tip without asking her permission. She then charged her credit card for an amount which the woman voided automatically causing a hold on the card. The woman insisted on charging the card again and in fact attempted to charge it a third time. When my mother told her that she would call her bank but needed to go get her phone from the car which was visible from the front window, the woman told her that if she went to her car, she would call the police. The woman insisted that my mom call her bank from their establishment. When the bank informed the owner of the salon that the hold was due to multiple charges, she collected my moms contact information as if she intended to leave without paying. My mom had to drive to an atm and then returned to the business to pay for her pedicure. If it is unfortunate that this business is able to operate in this fashion. Causing a customer to feel such unnecessary shame and distress is unconscionable. Avoid this place or you may be treated just as poorly

First time getting my nails done here and I'm sorry to say I felt very rushed and I'm very unhappy with my service. My nails look awful. They are uneven and my cuticles weren't even cut, nor did they soak my hands in water S I've gotten gel manicures for many years and I have to say this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had . I was one of the first customers there in the morning as soon as they opened and the station I was sitting at was very dirty, acrylic powder ect on the mat .Will never go back , my 5 year old could have painted my nails better .Service: Gel manicures

Horrible experience!!! If I could rate this place 0 stars, I definitely would! So frustrated that this is my first negative review ever! My thighs bruised from waxing. It’s never happened to me before. My nails look like HORSE TEETH after paying $65 for an uneven French manicure! Some nails are longer than the others ?! Spent all day trying even them out. So disappointed especially because they didn’t even offer to fix it!!!!! On top of that, my callous remover didn’t do anything to the callouses and my pedicure looks absolutely horrific! NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE!!!Services: Nail art

If i could go lower I would. I will never be returning to this establishment. They overdrilled my nails 4 times when I requested they not use a drill and they still didn't even get all the polish off. I went for a gel manicure and ran away with my nails 5 layers thinner and no polish. The people who pretend to understand what people are saying and don't understand a word nor do they comply with request. They even outright lie to any questions asked to sell you. I will never be returning and I wouldn't recommend this place to my mortal enemy. That would be bad karma lol.

They let me come early, which was the only nice part about my experience. They did not inform me even though I showed them multiple times what I wanted, that I would hang extra if I wanted the shape that I specifically was looking for. So unless you want the traditional shapes, don’t come here. There is no reason that are shaped that’s incredibly popular should be up charged at this point. I’ve never heard of that at any other location for getting my nails done. They also have a very misleading price list, they count things that should not be counted for the service they’re doing for you. I ended up paying 20 more dollars than I expected to, because I got color on my acrylic set. They will look for any reason to up charge without you even knowing ahead of time. After reading the reviews, I expected way more from this place. My fingers are bleeding, my my nails are uneven even though they kept putting the nails next to each other to make sure they look good. I have a giant chunk of acrylic missing under my thumb which I tried to point out to the person doing my nails, which I guess now means I’ll be going somewhere to try to fix the set so I didn’t just waste money on it.Service: Manicures

My regular place was closed (it was after 4 o'clock on a Sunday) so I gave this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised. They took me right away, did exactly what I asked for and the girl did a great job. I didn't get her name unfortunately. Less expensive then my regular salon too. I will be back!

I can't tell you how happy I am with my nails! I have been searching for a place close to home to go to, and my search is finally over!! Mandy is my tech she does an excellent job and always makes sure you get the best service.Love them and they definitely are the best also it was my second time there and I be back. They follow the rules and are very friendly and smile all the time.
