Took my nicer car here for a nys inspection, told me it would be a few hours. Said ok no problem, when I get a call from them saying car is ready I go pick it up and 3 minutes into my drive home my ac stops blowing air completely and a strong burning smell fills the car. I get home and go to open the hood till I see a large scratch about 10 inches on top (most likely made with a key) that was not there prior to taking the car there. The car is a 2022 with only 19,000 miles as well. Very unlikely it’s just bad luck

Ryan and the everyone else there is awesome. We use them for our fleet of trucks. Very trustworthy and understanding. They do a great job!

Not a place to have your car washed. They used oil rags on my windshield leave them smear

Was recommended to come here by a friend. I travel from out of town to come here now. The guys here do great work and are honest. Night and day difference compared to the previous mechanic I'd go to. Definitely recommend

What an amazing place, where do you start...Alex and Ryan are totally amazing, honest and super skilled mechanics. I know my cars and did all my own mechanical work for years, I never trusted anyone with my cars until Jason, Ryan and Alex from Shell came together as a cohesive team.They call before doing anything that was not authorized, they are always willing to lend a hand, pass a suggestion on repairs, parts and routine maintenance. They manage to do all of this with the utmost professionalism. I would never bring any of my cars, cars I work on with or for other people or any of my family member cars anywhere but here. This is an amazing group of guys with the knowledge of both new and older tech so if you drive it, they will know how to get the job done. 5 stars to them, a small town needs an amazing mechanic team!!! They are the best in Yorktown for sure.

I called to ask if they could change the oil in my car. To my surprise, they said come right in. I thought, will they have the oil filter? They did!!! I was there in 10 minutes. They pulled my car right in. Another surprise, they could balance my tires, so they got me all done in one hour. Really awesome. The new owner, Jason, is all about taking care of the customer. Try them, you won't be disappointed!!!

I got an oil change, brake pads and rotors in front and back. Let's just say I payed over $1,000 for all my services to drive 10 mins down the road and my car goes up in heavy smoke. I was only given $100 off for all the inconvenience of finding rides to and from work. Manager was very nonchalant about the whole thing.
