I gave a deposit on a condition that the deposit is refundable if I decided NOT to go with the deal. We called the next day and notified them that we were not interested in the car. Ever since then, I have been trying to get the refund. It has been more than 2 weeks. It took them a few mins to take the money out and should NOT take 2 weeks to refund

ZERO STARS - STAY AWAY - THEY BROKE MY CAR AND COST ME $7000. They also charged me over $1000 for "services" the car didn't need. The biggest -- and most expensive problem -- is that they ruined -- RUINED -- my transmission by using the wrong fluid! This was verified by another Nissan dealership and verified through an internal Nissan investigation. I don't know how this place stays in business. They flushed my CVT transmission -- which the manual says specifically NOT TO DO. Then they put an after market (unauthorized) transmission fluid in my car. Why would I take my car to a dealership if I knew they wouldn't use their own authorized products?! According to other Nissan dealerships in the area this place is well known for charging for "services" that are not actually needed. I won't even go into how rude, aggressive, and nasty they were in their communication with me about trying to resolve this issue (and I tried for MONTHS to work with them to resolve the problems they caused). Their unethical, illegal, and corrupt business practices are reason enough to go anywhere else. I suggest Danbury Nissan--they're nice, helpful, and they don't break your car.
UPDATE: it’s telling that Nissan responded publicly to my review saying they would contact me to resolve this issue, but no one has been in touch.

Don't bother with this location. After making 2 phone calls over a week ago to have a service tech reach out to me about repairing my car, I still haven't received a call back. If this the level of service that I should expect of Nissan, I will never buy one ever again
