I was given a run-around by Asurian for weeks trying to file a claim for a cracked screen on my new Galaxy S24+ phone. They kept telling me my phone could not be repaired and I needed to replace the whole phone (which would have cost me a $99 deductible), when the phone was repaired in less than 2 hours! A con job if ever I saw one! Actually, I may take this case to the State Attorney General's Fraud Dept.”

“I was trying to switch from FirstNet to ATT. The process took / hours and it still was not solved. In fact I am having issues receiving text and phone calls. And I am unable to access my account. Never ever join FirstNetUpdate to my review. The manager ( I think he was the manager) was able to solve the problem quickly. He was very helpful. The actual ATT customer service line on the phone are horrible. Thank you for solving my issue”

“i dont know where to begin, my fiasco started online on 8/22 with AT&T trying to place an order, low and behold the online reps predictably caused a disaster of the 5 lines i was trying to bring over. I spent upwards of 24-30 hours trying to resolve this alone and was getting nowhere. I ended up at the store and met Jimmy.All I can say is wow, Jimmy was able to correct all the errors made by the online reps and locate more mistakes they made with my phone lines in disarray. He made sure I got the best deal possible and corrected all the mistakes the incompetent online reps made (notice i said that twice, stay away from online)...it felt like in Jimmy I had an advocate from day 1 of him stepping in, between the work he did for me that went above and beyond the norm I can not thank him enough. I know for a fact he put hours of work into this keeping me in the loop the whole time. Jimmy is an amazing asset to the store and company, I would never do anything online again and will only be seeing him directly...if only more local stores had managers that actually cared like Jimmy local businesses may be doing better...he is a role model and other should use his example to run their stores...thank you again for everything Jimmy. We couldn't have fixed all the BS without you. Many thanks from the entire family.”
