“I highly recommend Anne Davidson at Best Plumbing! I actually went into the store a couple of times and met various sales associates who were not helpful at all - one of whom actually told me to contact robern directly to learn about vanity options, which resulted in my purchasing the vanity direct from the manufacturer. However, the third time I went to finalize fixtures for my bathroom, I had the luck of meeting Anne! Even though we were tied to another sales associate, she was kind enough to take us on, and give us real, genuine advice, including selecting a sink with less splash back and also guiding us on where we can save money. Afterwards, (even though she never even asked - that's how kind she is!) I specifically asked to switch associates to make sure that she would get the commission from our sales. A word of advice to the other associates, just going on to your products websites and showing their options is NOT actually helping a customer - we can do that ourselves. The difference is meeting somebody who cares and gives you advice from their years of experience! Not sure if I recommend Best Plumbing in general, but I definitely recommend Anne!”

“I find the staff excellent. They are always ready to help with my Harmon Pellet Stove. I have owned the stove for about 10 years and do the cleanings and most maintenance myself. They are always ready to give advice on how to fix or clean the stove. In all the years I have only needed one service call and that went very well. If you want quality they are the place to go, if you want cheap you may want to go some where else ... which personally I think you will regret in the long run.”
