I recently ordered Flowers for Pastor’s Appreciation Month. I ordered 3 Vase Floral Arrangements and they were Beautiful!! I will definitely go back to Freyer’s Florist for all my Floral needs!! Linda was such a Sweetheart and a pleasure to work with!!

Family owned business for over 60 years! The girls are absolutely stellar to work with. They made an exceptional bouquet for me and were so incredibly kind. Must visit if you are in need of a florist or stop in to see the vintage glassware and accessories!

I cannot say enough good things. We lost my mom unexpectedly and left flowers until last minute and everyone went above and beyond for us. There was a shortage of my moms favorite flower and they were more than open to letting me find them and bring them at any time. They were truly such kind compassionate people to deal with. The arrangement also turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Thank you Freyer’s florist.

I have been using Freyers for at least the last 6 years. Every bouquet and arrangement that I have ordered has been beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. I have all good interactions with staff and have always followed their suggestions and been very pleased. Look forward to many years of continued purchases.

I cannot say enough about this florist. Since December, I have ordered flowers 3 times from here. They were beyond beautiful, just as promised, and very reasonable. It was obvious that a great deal of thought and attention went into each arrangement. Lastly, I would like to personally thank the owner, Linda, for providing last minute flowers for my son. I had completely forgotten, but was lucky enough to get arrangement on 1 days notice. They were beautiful. Thank you.

Since I live quite a bit away from the florist ,it was a hit or miss . They were excellent on service and communication back and forth was a10 . There was a problem with my charge card but still delivered the flowers . Called them back and corrected the problem .

I’ve never personally been here, but this is where my husband has got my bouquets for years. Always gorgeous, the flowers always last. And my husband always has wonderful things to say about the service. Yorktown is lucky to have this business!

HORRIBLY RUDE OWNER. As a long time Yorktown resident, I visited Freyer's to arrange Funeral Flower's for my mother's visitation service. Upon walking up to the door I was met by the owner who growled at me with "We do not do in person orders anymore." Confused and stunned at her rude and abrupt greeting, I asked how to place an order. She instructed me to give her a call or place the order via the website. I asked her to go back inside and I would give her a call. She said that she couldn't talk to me immediately and that I should call the shop later. Then pretty much slammed and locked the door in my face. Given the circumstances, I guess I was wrongly expecting some empathy and minimal level of customer service. Clearly I was wrong. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, to a florist who was interested in providing personal service. Freyer's may have been in business for 65 years, but the daughter who has taken over is a terrible business owner, with no regard for her customers. If you keep treating your customers this way, you will not be in business much longer.
