We had spent well over an hour on the phone with T-mobile this week with very little success. When you call it's scripted and hard to understand people who don't really know how to trouble shoot issues. This in store visit at the JV Mall was the most productive and best in store experience with TMobile ever as the last visit there was chaotic and poor.
