I had the opportunity to work with Dave, Lisa, and the DML team for my first purchase in New York over the past summer and I can't recommend the DML team enough. Between all the mortgage brokers I spoke with, not only is Dave the most knowledgeable, he was responsive, and gave us the best recommendation.
Despite the rates recently, Dave gave us the best possible option to go forward and was transparent about what to expect. He was very helpful in breaking down the costs and made the process very simple for us. I wholeheartedly trust the DML team to help with my mortgage in the future and I suggest you do the same!

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Procaccino and his staff to secure my mortgage. They were able to get me a better rate, than the bank I had my current mortgage with for the past 20 years. Needless to say, I was thrilled. My whole experience with Anthony, his assistant Lisa and his other staff members, was amazing. I was hesitant about using a mortgage broker. Super professional and prompt! Whenever I had a question (and I had many being a first time homebuyer!), someone on the team contacted me immediately and would explain things in a way that I could understand. Buying a home can be very stressful but the team at DML were great! Highly recommend.
