Citibank has been my bank for 30 plus years. It offers a multitude of services including a mobile app. However, there are no citibanks in many areas outside of NYC. This does make it difficult to access services in person. I still like them for online services, cash access at 7-11s and certain banks and supermarkets at no additional cost.

The Manager Lady has a Bad Attitude. Was there on Friday,waiting for the door to open at 9am to speak to someone about a transaction,one gentleman before me,I was the second one waiting,she turns around starts speaking to another lady that just walked in,then I had to open my mouth and said hey I was here first.(The Hell).instead of taking care of me sitting face to face with her,she is doing stuff for that lady on her computer,while she puts me on phone with costumers service. Bad Management Citibank. That Lady needs a vication.

It may be Citi Bank, but it's a small Town Bank here in Yorktown Heights. Great service.. amazing staff. Regina was a life saver, helping with a home equity line of credit. The tellers are all friendly and spend time with you. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.

Typical bank with ATM machines BUT with a person placed in the middle of the lobby greeting everyone who walks in. Fine for financial transactions, but if you want a fun experience go to TD Bank instead.
