The tellers are wonderful and helpful. The arrogant ones that sit in the booths along with one Notary are despicable. Instead of saying she can’t take me at the moment to notarize something, she has me sit there for 10 mins to have a third party employee tell me “she can’t help you.” Meanwhile, the notary is flapping her gums about nonsense. People like this are the sole reason I hate stepping foot into a brick and mortar Chase bank. Pathetic location at 3394 Crompond Rd, Yorktown, NY.

Maria the customer service representative was extremely unhelpful, refused to be realistic and humane when we were trying to make a withdrawal. Absolutely absurd. This is the first time I've had an experience like this at a Chase and the first time I've actually contemplated switching banks. Awful customer service. Unbelievable. No wonder this branch has such horrible ratings.

The worst customer service ever. Lady had jeans on and had attitude problems while the corner offices were not taking any cleints.

I just had the best experience at this branch. Kimberly was so friendly and extremely helpful with with banking issues . I highly recommend them and pleas ask for Kimberly when you go . Thanks so much Kimberly for all of your help.

Staff is friendly. Sometimes a long wait as they seem understaffed from time to time. Have had to work with management before and they were very helpful and listened to my needs. Would give 5 stars if the wait was not an issue.
