BE VERY CAREFUL with the cashiers! I had about 20 items to purchase and the cashier scanned 3 items that would have been around $50 and the sub-total was over $300. I asked what was so expensive and the cashier had an immediate attitude saying "I don't know what that is"... She had placed extra charges on my checkout for "tire change, car adjustments, tire warranty, etc" What the hell is that about? Why are they letting cashiers do this. I hate to think that a less aware person could be charged for something they did not want! This is crazy. The manager did not even reprimand the cashier. SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!

I had a piece of patio furniture that was scratch out of a 4 pc set. Jason was on shift and was amazing help. He spoke with higher ups got approval to open the box there and inspect a table and and exchange the old one for new. I didn’t have to take apart the bench or 2 chairs

HORRIBLE! I was racially attacked today 12/05/2024 8:00 pm by a man with glasses and long hair who was "manager". I went shopping with my mother's card because she was sick and this man accused me of being a thief, he made fun of my accent "since I am a stranger" The next day I will go with my mother and I will not hesitate to call the police. I think these types of people don't have to work with people. I saved my ticket and I will report it to the O.M.I.C.

Very likely the worst BJ's anywhere. Rude in the store, don't answer any phones ever, deli person is the only nice person, but it's always packed and they only have 1 person working a lot, 2 if you're lucky- registers and their equipment is always broken-if not for the location and being the only one close, they'd be out of business!

BJ's is my go-to store for bulk items, fresh produce, meats, deli items, and, let's face it, just about everything! I combine my weekly gas trip with shopping and make good use of their app, which lets you scan as you add to your cart, quick-purchase and have the barcode scanned as you leave the store (with an item audit for security) and you do not have to stand on long lines at the register! You also don't have to put the items on the belt and take them off again with the app. Talk about convenience! Make sure you buy as you see, because sometimes items are not in stock. For instance, for some reason I have not seen Woolite on the shelves the past couple of weeks. But usually very well stocked and the store is clean and easy to navigate with wide aisles.

Nice people BUT the facility itself is NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY, alot of TIGHT, windy backroads, extremely hard to access and just no space once you get in here. I would NOT EVER COME BACK HERE, for any rate at all. They need to have 48's and day cabs only but EVEN IF the back roads are just horrible and the facility was built for cars only. DONT DO IT

I went here to buy a product the app says they have in stock.I walked up and down the aisle at least 6 times. I couldn't find it.I asked customer service to help me. He said they have it in stock but doesn't know where it is. He didn't offer to help me find it or to get someone to help.I asked another employee for help and she said they had no staff available to help me get it and to come back tomorrow (???).I won't be renewing my membership.

Let me just say that the BJ's tire in Yorktown, heights is truly the joke of all jokes. I recently purchased tires there, and I noticed the car had a little vibration on the highway. As a former dealership techcian, I told the guy at BJ'S that this tire had to much weights added to rim. He tried to tell me the rim is somehow bent which it was not. The people that are working the tire department should be immediately removed, and qualified individuals need to be hired. I will never use BJ'S tire again.

Bakery is terrible. Ordered cupcakes from here. Ordered! Not bought off the isle. The frosting was frozen and fell off all the cupcakes.
