I just renovated two of my bathrooms and there is no doubt that Best plumbing Tile and Stone in Yorktown Heights NY made the very detailed endeavor so much easier. My representative, Janet, was outstanding! Her customer service abilities, and knowledge of the products was such a positive resource, making the project so much easier. Janet was very responsive, and always kept me up-to-date on pertinent information. I highly recommend Best Plumbing in Yorktown Heights, NY and definitely recommend the services of Janet for your next project.

would give zero stars if possible. The worst customer service. Nothing like being ignored even if you have an appointment - which we did. Nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help upon entering or during the entire time we were there. Had to "find" our Rep ourselves who was poking at her keyboard & said she "needed a few minutes and we could look around". Fast forward 20 minutes, she was still busy & never bothered to check on us, or ask someone else to assist us (3 other available workers). "BEST" to find yourself another plumbing supply company!

I highly recommend Anne Davidson at Best Plumbing! I actually went into the store a couple of times and met various sales associates who were not helpful at all - one of whom actually told me to contact robern directly to learn about vanity options, which resulted in my purchasing the vanity direct from the manufacturer. However, the third time I went to finalize fixtures for my bathroom, I had the luck of meeting Anne! Even though we were tied to another sales associate, she was kind enough to take us on, and give us real, genuine advice, including selecting a sink with less splash back and also guiding us on where we can save money. Afterwards, (even though she never even asked - that's how kind she is!) I specifically asked to switch associates to make sure that she would get the commission from our sales. A word of advice to the other associates, just going on to your products websites and showing their options is NOT actually helping a customer - we can do that ourselves. The difference is meeting somebody who cares and gives you advice from their years of experience! Not sure if I recommend Best Plumbing in general, but I definitely recommend Anne!

Sales rep was clueless! Rude is an understatement for the billing staff and office managers on the phone. I can’t understand why it takes a week to update an order and partial refund after the sales clerk set us up for 5 boxes when she was told the sq ft for 4 boxes. Now after a big dispute over the refund, the order might have been canceled and they just ask us to trust them. Ha! Never going back there again. I would avoid this retailer at all costs! Too bad the old staff was much better.

Covid is no longer an excuse for crappy business. After a year or more they should have figured out how to do their job. Sales staff is not professional nor knowledgeable regarding any part of the customer's needs or their own products. They screwed up an order couldn't handle a partial refund in a week and lost a sale. Somers has some of the worst personality disorders working at the door, perhaps that's why they are in the contractor sales section and should stay away from the public. Again covid is not an excuse for stupidity rudeness or poor customer care. The owner will kiss your ass And responds to all negative posts with email me. Don't waist your time he is just as condescending in his replies to your emails as he is on the post to negative reviews. Wouldn't trust him and as far as I could throw him. Avoid the store like it has the plague horrible experience.
